PLEASE DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER ! This home is very clean and stunning, my family had a beautiful time. The home is located in a clean and safe gated community with staff at the gate to assist. The home was easy to find with parking included. The home came with gate and house keys for easy access. Now, the house, OMG it was perfect and we did not want to leave. The laundry room was perfect, beach essentials a plus. Kitchen had all the perks and very updated. The living room was gorgeous with big flat screen tv with all modern tv apps and game console to keep all entertained. The 2 bathrooms was helpful for a family package and the hot water was great to have if needed. Ac was cold in all rooms and the bedrooms had clean linen and comfy beds. Beach towels and shower towels were provided and a nice gesture. Outside patio was sweet for morning coffee/breakfast. Local restaurants and gas stations. Great view of the Marina and close to ferry if you would like to visit Culebra island etc.

Wonderful! We had a fantastic stay during our spring break trip. Our family of four stayed for a couple of nights so there was more than enough space for us to unwind. As birders, we specifically chose this location for its proximity to nature; it did not disappoint. We didn’t have time to explore the nearby trail but appreciated having it close by - we wandered around the area instead. The house is 40 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest as well as Old San Juan making it a great base away from the city. The home was clean and comfy. We played cards and cooked together, though we did note that there was no oven. Not a big deal, we made our cookies in the air fryer instead! The amenities were plentiful, and Carmen was lovely. Finding the property was a bit tricky only bc the address led us past the house but the response was quick and we found our way. Be prepared for narrow mountain roads that can be for tricky for two way traffic. The natural sounds make it a unique experience.

We love the area of Pinones & this was a great location. Its not far from the beach by car but is also possible to walk (maybe 8 minutes?).Carol is so kind and thoughtful and made the experience amazing for us as always. She thought of fun details like kids’ toys/boogie boards, which made the experience wonderful for my two kids. The pool was a fun addition for the kids. Thanks Carol for making it a great vacation for us!

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Larry’s place in Luquillo! The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk to a stunning beach with both fun waves for surfing and a more relaxed spot for lounging and swimming. It was such a peaceful and beautiful area, and we loved being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The home itself is a great base for exploring the island. We did several day trips and found it super convenient to get around from Luquillo. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the abundance of fresh fruit around the property. We were hoping the guanábana would ripen while we were there, but it kept us guessing! My daughter especially loved checking for fresh eggs each morning—such a fun and unique touch to the experience. Overall, Larry is a fantastic host, and this place has a wonderful, laid-back vibe that made our trip to Puerto Rico really special. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Alvin’s Airbnb! The place is very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the private beach access—there were times when we were the only ones there, making it feel like our own little paradise. The location is also fantastic, just a short distance from the Malecón de Naguabo, where we enjoyed great food and local vibes. Alvin has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, from beach towels and chairs to a detailed information book full of useful tips. His responsiveness was also top-notch—when the security guard was away from their post, he quickly let us in the gates. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
