Super accommodation, very well located in the center of the island and close to the village. The sea view from upstairs was very nice and the well-maintained garden was very nice to rest in the evening after a walk around the island. Pierrick, Carl and Tiphaine's contact was great, very welcoming and accommodating and very available and responsive to deal with small issues. Ideally located in the beautiful city of Lorient. Easy to access. The dilapidated common areas is quickly forgotten when we enter the apartment very well arranged and fully equipped. Fully enclosed balcony, ideal for the safety of young children. The kids were delighted to find a whole bunch of toys and books. I recommend it!

Very nice apartment with a large living room overlooking the terrace. The apartment is cozy and well arranged. The beautiful view gives it even more character! Very comfortable rooms and bedding. A wonderful week with family at Jean Michel and Marie's place. Everything is there to feel good. The house is impeccable, perfectly equipped, very well arranged and the beds are good. The location is ideal with the waterfront right in front of the house and the city center a 2-minute walk away. Thank you Marie for being there when we arrived and for these lovely touches! We loved Etel and will be back soon we hope!

Beautiful, spacious house in a fantastic location right on the beach and great views. Very quiet surroundings, only the sound of the sea can be heard. Upstairs a cozy living room with well-functioning oven, a huge bathroom and a bedroom with very comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen, everything sparkling clean. Huge terrace right on the water. That's why it's clearly five stars - 4.5 stars would be if you could give them because the heating control in the kitchen didn't really work. We tried to increase the temperature on the first, still very cool days, but there was no effect; in the kitchen it was 19 degrees. The thermostat (apparently central for the whole house) was also by no means self-explanatory, and we did not find instructions. So that could be improved. But that shouldn't be a problem in the warmer months anyway. Overall strong recommendation!

6th stay at Cécile's house. Everyone goes smoothly every time.

Very nice family home for a stay with several people, with beautiful decoration. The game room is great for kids as well as the large garden. The house is close to amenities and downtown Auray.

Very nice cottage, bright and tastefully furnished as well as a very good level of equipment and particularly the kitchen. The atmosphere of the large living room invites rest, conviviality and cocooning, the stove is a real plus! Possibilities for walks from the house. We felt “at home.”

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.
