Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lapa

The home is beautiful and spacious enough that all 9 of us had our own space and room to hang out. The pool is incredible and the location is beautiful, although not right in the heart of lisbon ubers are extremely cheap (at least compared to London) so getting into to lisbon or to the beach was very easy. We had a great time !

The little house is really charming and has been renovated with a lot of love for detail. It is relatively close to the train station (good for excursions by train or bus), yet quiet. Those who value daylight could be disappointed (the windows are not that big, which is certainly advantageous in summer). Cleverly made: the "hideout" for buckets and clothes rack in the shower cubicle. We (both over 70) got used to the metal spiral staircase to the sleeping area better than we thought. For any problem or need, the hosts Ana and Raphael responded quickly.

this place is great with 2 terraces. great for coffee in the morning. kitchen is very well equipped. the stairs are are very tight, I kept my big suitcase on the main floor. great location. I would go back in a hart beat.

Great central location to Belém. Easy to park on the street, can walk to shops and local tourist attractions. Short train trip into Lisbon central. The house is a traditional house for the area. It is a good size for four people. Basic kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water, dishwasher. Lovely space outside in the garden surrounded by lemon trees. The extra space in the annex is great if you need to work from home and also a laundry. Very good communication with the hosts. I would recommend Ricardo's place if you want to visit Lisbon and surroundings but not be right in the centre and if you want a traditional Portuguese house experience. We have stayed in Belém before and really like the area.

Antoine is a very available host which made our arrival in SEIXAL much easier. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and very well located for visiting Lisbon from the river pier (10 minute walk). The residence is very quiet to rest from visits. The cleanliness of the apartment is modern with an amazing view (Very large terrace as in the photos) of the Tagus, on the bridge of April 5 and the status of the shrine of Christ the King. Parking space is a real plus. The apartment completely delighted us with very friendly and extremely kind owners so that our stay went smoothly. We highly recommend this place to visit Lisbon and its surroundings. Without hesitation, we will be back for another vacation. Another huge thank you to Antoine. P&O

Great place to stay in Lisbon. It’s right in the centre of the city close to everything. Joana is a great host very responsive and friendly. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need. It’s spacious. Well decorated and very clean. Easy access from the street with modern lift. No keys are required as the doors open with a digital code. Recommend it 100%

The apartment was stylish and comfortable, and in an interesting and historic area. Surrounded by Fado restaurants it could have been noisy but the double glazed windows, and shutters, made it peaceful inside. A bottle of wine and some port were nice touches. It was an easy walk to the centre of town and fairly close to the metro, and tram and bus stops. A most enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat! The apartment is very spacious, both indoors and outdoors, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic just a short walk to the seaside or 20mins to town centre, making it super convenient to explore the area. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking your own meals. Very responsive host with very detailed instructions, making it easy to check into apartment. The apartment is exactly as described and per the pictures convenient parking, which was also included with very helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Catarina's botanical garden loft. She recently did some renovations to create a true kitchenette. We had everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable stay. We were very lucky that the previous guest checked out early, as it started to pour on our way from the airport. No one wants to spend 4 hours occupying themselves until check in, while it's raining, post flight. Catarina did everything she could to get the place cleaned and ready for our early arrival. initially, we thought we would just store our bags in the closet opposite the door. To our pleasant surprise, just as we reached the top of the stairs, she messaged to say the apartment was ready for us! The floors were still a little wet from her cleaning lady it was timed so well. The apartment was immaculate, and even better than the pictures. Catarina's communication was impeccable, I would stay here again in an instant. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

GREAT place to stay. I looked at a ton of places in Lisbon before booking, and am happy I picked this one. It’s the kind of place that has everything you need right where you need it. Homey touches, decorated with care, and the apartment itself is an ingenious use of space. Perfectly cozy, yet felt open and spacious the way it’s built. Clara herself is so kind, when I met her for check in she did a quick tour of the apartment to make sure I was all good. She left some fruit from her orchard. I just realized I forgot to take the sardines she gave me!!! Cute and lovely neighborhood — felt picturesque and like I was a local. It’s supremely walkable and tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and cafes around. Only notes for potential guests are there are a few sets of stairs up to the apartment, and the square outside can be active into the early morning, but I closed the door to my room and the noise was honestly hardly noticeable.

Very nice place with very good recommendations. The only small downside is the location that does not allow you to come home too late at night without an Uber (as a woman)

A wonderful stay . The appartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood was buzzy and fun (as previous reviews have said, definitely loud at night) and we walked everywhere. We spent a month in the apartment and felt very comfortable. It is well equipped and ideal for a longer stay. The internet was stable and fast – especially important to us as we work remotely. The area is quiet and modern, outside of downtown, but with everything you need right nearby: Lidl and Pingo Doce are within walking distance. Also the large shopping mall Vasco da Gama is about 15 minutes walking distance. The transport connection is excellent – from the nearby "Oriente" station you can easily get anywhere, for example to Sintra. A bus stop with direct connection to the city is even closer. Overall, we were very please with our stay!

The apartment has everything we needed, we felt completely at home, and although the weather was not good enough to use all the facilities (BBQ, balcony seats etc) we will definitely try to come back in the summer to make sure we do! Thank you so much Nuno for your help and advice.

It was very central, we felt very comfortable. We would stay again anytime. We even got a late check out.
