Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

Wunderschönes altes Bauernhaus mit liebevoller Innenausstattung in paradiesischer Umgebung. Besonders geeignet für Leute die der grossen, lauten Welt entfliehen wollen oder die gerne die Schweizer Bergwelt zu Fuss erkunden möchten. Wer mit dem OeV anreist, geht eine Stunde zu Fuss über einen sehr beliebten Wanderweg (Weesen - Quinten). Wer mit dem Auto ankommt, geht vom Parkplatz in Betlis, nur 15 Min auf diesem Wanderweg (Wanderschuhe mit gutem Profil sind empfehlenswert).

Cozy bright apartment in the heart of the ski resort and bike paradise of Lenzerheide. A few meters to the lake and the cross-country ski trail and right on the Fadail ski lift. Tastefully furnished. Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
