The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

The front porch is perfect for watching beautiful sunsets. During your stay you can go shopping, play on the water, walk on local nature trails, visit waterfalls and wineries. Not far from Ithaca, Cornell, and Ithaca College. Wherever your trip takes you; you can come home to relax at The Ivy.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.

A Mini Retreat in K-Ville

Enjoy some fun! More than just a place to sleep, it's an experience. Dates you want not available? Ask me. K-Ville is a place where you can sleep and live in and among my art. It’s off the grid and It’s a tiny Victorian village. You can eat in the "cafe" relax in the "square" and sleep in your own private "Loft home" which sleeps one comfortably or two if you like to snuggle tight.
