You'll love my 20 m2 place for the panoramic sea view and its comfort: 1st floor with elevator, electric relax bed 2x70x200, sofa bed 140x190, baby bed with mattress. Meals facing the sea, ample parking. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay, for couples, with a child or solo.

A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

25 m² studio in a recent house (2017) with independent entrance and parking space located on the GR34 passage. Several restaurants and Coz Pors Beach are within walking distance in a few minutes. Close to the house, and also within walking distance, are the aquarium and the sea forum (30° seawater pool and spa). Check-in is anytime after 3pm. We don't guarantee the sun, but we can guarantee good wine!! (Yves is a wine merchant).
