The studio is in our house, so the daily noise should not bother you, but we are discreet. The entrance is independent.

You can discover Lannion on foot, with its half-timbered houses, its Templar church, its large weekly market. The famous Pink Granite Coast is about 15 minutes away. (Perros-Guirec, the 7 Islands...) Explore the seaside with its beautiful landscapes and beaches, or the surrounding countryside with its castles and chapels.

Charming Breton house completely renovated in 2021, located in the village of Pouldouran, a small port nestled at the bottom of the Bizien estuary. The house is ideally located to enjoy the calm, the suspended terrace above the river is a plus. Many hiking trails are 2 steps from the house and you can enjoy the coast near Paimpol, Brehat Island, the Talbert furrow, Tréguier and the pink granite coast.
