Small house with up to 4 beds in quiet area with forest as a neighbor. In Långshyttan there is Ica shop, restaurant, street kitchen, gas station, medical center, pharmacy. Nice fishing & swimming lakes around Långshyttan. Bus connections are available. 20 km to Hedemora & Hofors, which has shops and restaurants. 40 km to the cultural heritage town of Falun, which has everything. There are many sights for you as a tourist. (I have tips if you want!) 40 km to the city of Borlänge, where there is, for example, IKEA, or the lovely adventure pool.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation in our spa house with sauna in the yard. The river can be found on the other side of the road and the country shop is 500m away. Husbyringen passes outside and it is close to Stjärnsund (21 min), Garpenbergs slalombacke (ryllshyttebacken) (21 min) and Romme alpine (48 min). Bed linen and towels are included. Extra cot is available to book for an extra charge. There are still available dates on the sports holiday and Easter holidays left :) Welcome!

Fantastic lake view in large Villa in Stjärnsund.

Large villa with spectacular lake view in popular Stjärnsund. Uniquely decorated house with that little extra. Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy the morning sun as evening sun and an amazing sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. An hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice wax bathing as much as we do, are awake open all winter.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. The Yellow House; homegrown veg & woodfired sauna

Come and relax at The Yellow House, a peaceful, cosy cottage surrounded by forest and a stream running right past. A 15min walk (900m) will take you to a beautiful swimming lake with amazingly clear water. We are Malin and Woody and live next door on a little smallholding. We have two children, three cats, a dog and some ducks. Depending on the season, we sell organic duck eggs and vegetables straight from the garden! A woodfired sauna is available to use for 200kr/session.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

We have really enjoyed our stay! The yard is wonderful and it only takes 2 minutes to walk to a lovely little swimming area. There are plenty of nice hiking trails nearby. We strongly recommend the place!

Newly built cottage with lake plot & 40 min to Romme

My husband, two kids (aged 3 and 5) and I stayed here for three nights. We chose those place because of its location (close to Romme Alpin), lake views, decor and kids friendly-ness. We were not disappointed. The decor is really nice and the big windows overlooking the lake is beautiful. We loved the sunsets and the sun coming in through the windows in the morning. The biggest plus for us was the kids toys. There were so many kids toys and on the first day we didn’t even need to leave the house because the kids were entertained with all the toys. The location is very peaceful and private, the house is beautiful and really has everything you need. I cooked dinner all three nights and had all the utensils and pots/pans I needed. We also really appreciated the flexible check out and check in. Our kids were in a ski school on Sunday and a late check out meant we could come back and get all of the food in the fridge rather than take it with us during ski school.

Britt-Marie’s place was amazing - the cottage and the gorgeous surroundings. It’s extremely quiet and relaxing, lots of places to walk in the nature. We also had the opportunity to take the boat in the lake - special thanks to Britt-Marie for arranging this for us! We would very much love to come back.

Accommodation in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to the city center on foot. We enjoyed the space and the fact that there was a washing machine with powder available. Communication with Markus made check-in very easy.

Maria and Jonas were fantastic hosts, always available, super nice and helpful. Check-in was easy and everything was exactly as described, perfect. The location of the cabin by the lake with its own jetty is heavenly. A very special kind of nature experience. It was one of my most enjoyable Airbnb experiences! I would love to come back.
