Lann Avel – Guaranteed green escape

Welcome to Lann Avel, a characterful longhouse located in a quiet village, ideal for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a large wooded park to relax, a stone's throw from the Liscuis hiking trails and its nature reserve. The canal from Nantes to Brest, the abbey of Bon-Repos and the lake of Guerlédan are very close. Swimming, walks, water activities, shops and swimming pool are accessible in a few minutes. Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise or light pollution, dare to return to nature!

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.

You will be close to all shops. Only 25 minutes from Pontivy and Lake Guerlédan. I live in the accommodation, just above this apartment.
