This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Our vacation home on the lake is relatively new and is now being rented for the first time. The location on the Great Zechliner See, one of the cleanest lakes in the region, promises relaxing days, all year round. This is also ensured by a sauna and, in fine weather, the garden, with a large terrace and Weber gas grill, as well as a SUP board. From many rooms you have direct lake views and the beach is only a 2-minute walk away :) Parties, bachelor parties or similar are not allowed here.

Surrounded by nature, in perfect tranquility in a secluded location near the lake, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city on our family-friendly farm and simply unwind! There are beautiful, wide views over fields and meadows. The house - also suitable for small seminars - can accommodate 10-11 people and is comfortably furnished, with a fireplace and open kitchen. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.
