A comfortable stay with beautiful paddy field views, WiFi (500mbps) and Netflix. Located near Langgar, Kedah, 15 minutes drive to Alor Setar city center. ✅ 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms ✅️ 4 towels ✅ A/C in all room and living room ✅ Paddy field in front of the house The house is located next to the main road, so there may be some noise from passing vehicles. ⚠️ We do not recommend travelling to our homestay using GrabCar, as the services can be difficult to get in the morning around this area.

It is very spacious to accomodate few families at one time and strategically located nearby Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah. Surrounded by peaceful neighbourhood and beautiful paddy field, it will surely offer comfortable stay to the guests. Not to forget, well maintained child playground just in front of the house will keep the kids entertained during the stay.

Boleh muat 10-14 orang. Free wifi, tuala, sabun mandi,mesin basuh, dapur, astro njoi dan lain-lain kemudahan asas. 3 minit jalan kaki ke kedai serbaneka 24jam, playground,nasi kandar, dobi layan diri, kedai kek, kedai alat tulis dan farmasi.

A gated entrance is visible, framed by two palm trees swaying gently. The gate is designed with metal bars and opens to a paved road lined with greenery, extending into the distance under a partly cloudy sky.

The property is only 5 minute-drive from Tol Alor Setar (Selatan), 3 minutes from Lotus Stargate. Inap D' AOR is only around 6 km (15 mins) from Pekan Rabu and city centre. The property comes with a fridge, a electric kettle, washer machine and ironing facilities. Complete with two shared bathroom, all rooms at the guesthouse have air conditioner and a closet. There are no air conditioner provided in living room and kitchen.
