A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a cozy living room and a modern bathroom. It is quietly located on the edge of the forest and has its own entrance, which offers a lot of privacy. Nature lovers appreciate the proximity to the Westerwaldsteig, a popular hiking trail. Look forward to relaxing days and a variety of leisure activities in nature.

Westerwald time out

"Time out" is the motto here and stands for a few relaxing days in our cozy wooden hut on the edge of the Holzbach Gorge, in the "Fohlenwiese vacation village." The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.

The property is idyllically located on the outskirts of Rotenhain overlooking forest and meadows in the middle between Hachenburg, Westerburg and Bad Marienberg. The apartment is on the ground floor. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
