In the cottage, you live a basic life, close to nature in a beautiful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly planted food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

Enjoy our unique guesthouse in our luscious green garden tucked privately away between the plants and trees. Guest house includes private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, sauna and two bikes. Located only a 10 minute cycle ride from Paterswoldsemeer, 5mins from nature reserve 'De Onlanden' and close to Lemferdinge and De Braak, there is enough to enjoy in the nearby area. Fancy a day in Groningen city? Jump on the bike or take the direct bus from the busstop located 5 mins walk from the guesthouse.

Experience peace and nature in our luxurious Schierhuus, in the middle of the forest of Norg. Relax in the hot tub or sauna, listen to the rustling of the trees and enjoy the evening by the fireplace. Everything is included: made-up box spring beds, towels, fully equipped kitchen, unlimited wood to cozy up by the fireplace in the conservatory and to heat the hot tub. Our guesthouse (2015) is located at a unique spot in "Mooi Drenthe". It sits idyllically among characteristic farms near Peize and Roden. You'll love our place because of the tranquility and the beautiful views over the countryside. This area is known for its many hiking and biking trails and is very close to the city for fascinating excursions in the cultural area. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, and can also be rented for longer periods of time.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.
