On the central square of the village, this former hardware store has been transformed into a 180 m² house on a large enclosed plot and exposed S.O for beautiful sunsets. The house easily accommodates 8 adults and 6 children. Large warm spaces and neat decor, to quickly make you feel at home and create great memories!

House connected to the very high speed network, located 15 minutes from QUIMPER and CHATEAULIN and 30 minutes from BREST, in a quiet village, ideally located in the center of a region comprising many remarkable sites: ports, beaches and historical places. The cottage is perfect for couples with or without children, solo travelers or business travelers. In JULY-AUGUST, stays must be in multiples of 7 nights, check-ins and checkouts on Saturday.

L'Évasion invites you to relax and reconnect with your partner. Everything is done to make you have a cocooning moment just with your other half! The cottage consists of a (very!) large bed with mirror above, mood lights, a large walk-in shower with 2 jets, an equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and, above all, a spa bath!! For a vacation or an overnight stay, we offer you our cozy house for 4 people near a forest with its many trails. 10 minutes from Quimper and 25 minutes from the beaches. The house is well-equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels and kitchen linens are provided. To access it, you will take 4 large steps. All local shops are 800 m away. Our main residence is on the same property (Dogs accepted upon request)

Ti Fanch, house near Quimper

This is a charming little quiet house completely renovated in 2022, it is located in Landudal 4 km from Briec and 8 km from Quimper Nord. The beaches are within 25/30 km. (Douarnenez, Concarneau, Benodet). On the ground floor, a large 40 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed. The other with an Italian bed 160 X 200 or 2 times 80 X 200. There is also a bathroom and toilet.
