Separater Eingang, so dass die Privatsphäre gewahrt ist. Mitten in der Natur - und doch schnell in der Innenstadt von Kaiserslautern (6 km); nur 2 km Entfernung zur Technischen Universität. Die Busverbindung zur Stadt ist gut.

You have an entire apartment with terrace for yourself. In front of the apartment you can park two cars and have access by keypad around the clock. The newly finished apartment has underfloor heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. Layout: bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area with a new fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower. 5 minutes by car to Landstuhl 15 minutes to Kaiserslautern 10 minutes to Ramstein / RAB Airbase.

Mitten im Pfälzer Wald gelegen, bietet diese Einliegerwohnung den optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Natur oder zur bekannten Burg Nanstein. Die nächste Autobahnanbindung erreicht man nach ca.2 km. Über einen eigenen Eingang gelangt man in dieses Appartement mit Fußbodenheizung. Erst am Jahresende von 2021 wurde komplett renoviert.

Super ruhige Wohnung, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm bei Nicole zu übernachten, nicht zuletzt durch Nicoles freundliche Art.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Gritta in Landstuhl. Wir haben uns in der geräumigen und sehr sauberen Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was wir für unsere kurze Reise benötigt haben. Grittas Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Ort und wir haben Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte bequem zu Fuß erreichen können. Die nächste Reise nach Landstuhl ist für den kommenden Mai geplant. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Gritta buchen.
