There's a large double bed and a double bed settee on the ground floor, upstairs there is a small mezzanine area with 2 futon style beds that can sleep 2 kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, iron and board and clothes dryer. We have a flat screen TV and DVD player. Outside there is a table and chairs and a choice of bbqs.
