The accommodation is a small (~ 35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.

It takes about 5 minutes to get to the center of the historic old town of Stralsund. Shopping (supermarket) and bus stop are only 2 minutes' walk. The two-story cottage has on the ground floor a living room with kitchen and dining area (25 m2), a hallway and a spacious bathroom with shower. On the DG there is a small hallway, bedroom and walk-in closet. The house has a free parking space as well as a sunny terrace.
