A cozy comfortable house is located in a quiet place among the greenery on the bank of a small river, 10-12 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Ureki, whose sands have unique properties. Shops, pharmacies, cafes, entertainment for children are within a 6-8 minute walk from the house. The houses have all the amenities for a vacation. There is a gazebo with a summer kitchen and barbecue, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board, TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi.

This unique place has a style all its own. This ethnographic house is over 300 years filled with modern furniture. It has 5 fireplaces, 2 bedrooms (with one of them having a double-bed), 2 sofa double beds, and all the necessary furnitures. You will also have access to a projector which will display the screen on its special curtain. Also we have an exotic garden. Here you can visit the Jikheti monastery and it only takes 30 minutes to get to the airport or the sea.

There are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen-studio, a living room. It has its own beautiful fenced garden. The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
