Both bedrooms and both baths are located on the first floor. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Cats are only accepted for long stays with prior approval.

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

A stay in this restored whole house will give you the feeling of old Lancaster while enjoying modern amenities. Located across the street from a quaint city park, it is an easy walk to downtown attractions, many restaurants, rooftop bars, Central Market, shopping and more. Newly remodeled with original wide-plank flooring throughout the home. Two cozy upstairs bedrooms, one with queen size bed and spacious closet, the other with a full bed.
