House vacation rentals in Lan Ha Bay

The house is spacious and sufficiently furnished. It’s in a back alley and this way mostly quiet. Not very central so a motorbike rental is recommended, one bike is included with the place. Enjoy the local food just a few doors down which is a hidden treasure. Great for a few nights stay, easy communication. Be aware that the mattress is on the harder side, if your sensitive for that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is in hills of Haiphong and it was great. The house itself is gorgeous and clean and has all amenities needed for cooking for yourself. It also has a great little pool and nice outdoor areas. Location-wise, the home was a 15 min walk from the town however it's at the top of a very steep hill, meaning walking to the town was fine, but we got Grabs back up afterwards. It was difficult to get Grabs to pick us up from our airbnb, maybe because it's on a new estate and so the taxi drivers were unfamiliar with the area. Haiphong is not very touristy & thus there weren't many available Grabs, even in the town. One trick we found was to go to the FLC hotel that is a 5 min walk away and order a taxi through their concierge. We also went to the rooftop bar there which was stunning. The area is quite the ghost town and even though the huge FLC hotel is right next door, we barely saw any tourists. Overall though, it was exactly what we needed/wanted!

We had a fantastic holiday at Hien's lovely property. Our trip was an international family get together rather than sightseeing holiday and the location was ideal for us. We had young kids with us so the local park and pool were really handy as well is the nearby beach. Hien was very helpful with organising the boat trip and local restaurant suggestions. Both sets of grandparents had a lovely time and the spacious property gave us lots of opportunity to spend quality time together. I would highly recommend the property and have no doubt that Hien is indeed a superhost! Thank you Hien for making our holiday so special :)

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—she picked us up from the bus station, let us rent a motorbike directly from her, cooked rice for us, and even helped with our laundry. She is incredibly kind and made us feel truly welcome. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped with everything you might need, and very comfortable for remote work. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay with a wonderful host!

We had a great stay on the Island of Cat Ba. The accommodation had everything we needed to be comfortable including a washing machine which was helpful when travelling light. Minh provided lots of information on what was available to us on the island. The previous guests left early so my husband and grandson were able to get in early. They arrived around 8:30 am after a 12 hour bus ride from the Northern part of Vietnam so they really appreciated getting early admittance. The home was very colourful and had a front veranda which was a perfect place to unwind after a day of activity. My husband appreciated being able to rent a motorcycle at the homestead which made our stay even more enjoyable, as we were able to get around the island on our own. The AirBnB is off the beaten path but not far from the waterfront. There was ample space for several guests and I would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends. excellent location and service!

It's great to stay in Ha Long Bay for more than a day. The owner helped me with the limousine from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh Dasihano, and the limousine drivers were very friendly and everything was good. The Vietnamese noodle restaurant right next to the accommodation in the morning is clean and really delicious.
