I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. It was also because Clarase took great care of me. If I had questions within the three weeks, they were answered very quickly. Even though I needed help, she immediately had solutions ready for me. All in all, a great stay. My family visited me for a long time and was also very enthusiastic. We will be happy to come back. Thank you Clarase for the great time.

We got an upgrade at short notice, so we can't describe the booked apartment directly. Communication was super friendly and fast, our apartment beautiful and clean. The building is very nicely located. Only the parking situation could be described a little better. We were guided to the parking spaces in the backyard by phone and then learned later that it costs €25 per night.

The apartment was very lovingly furnished. The apartment was clean and bright. Everything necessary was available. Especially the kitchen was very well decorated. The bedroom had shutters. This allowed the bedroom to be darkened. On the small balcony there was a table with two chairs, so you could also sit out well. The spa park and the spa were very quickly within walking distance, and the city center could still be easily reached on foot. Checking out and checking in was absolutely straightforward. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Nice and clean place in the immediate vicinity of the spa park. Chic furnished apartment with comfortable amenities and very well-stocked kitchen. The communication was fast and friendly. Check-in was super flexible thanks to the key box. We felt very much and would be happy to come back!

Everything is wonderful. Really a great place to stay in a very outstanding building. The only negative point for people who need absolute peace is the tram as already mentioned several times. But it didn't bother me. Great check-in, very clean, everything tip top.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, very central , yet very quiet. Price-performance was okay . Would be nice if the parking space was included as there is no parking around the apartment. We will be happy to come back.
