Beautiful grounds, very special traditional Thai house and lovely, friendly hospitality. About 25 min to get to Chiang Mai city by Grab; car or motorbike if you’re an experienced driver/rider. The area has plenty of shops, markets and sights - everything you need within motorbike distance. Truly a lovely, peaceful and relaxing stay!

来清迈15天了，这次选择飞哥家是我们最好的选择。飞哥一家人特别热情，友好。以下是我今天清晨有感而发、一气呵成写的我此次清迈之行的感受：2023.1.10-1.25 “妈妈，我们能不能晚点儿走……” “妈妈我舍不得离开这里……” “妈妈，等暑假的时候我们还要来飞叔叔家好不好……” 顺宝的飞叔，也就是我的飞哥，是谁呢？ 有的朋友以为是我们之前就认识的朋友，不是的，飞哥是我们这次来清迈，我在爱彼迎上选的一家民宿的老板。 因为我们这次来清迈呆得比较久， 希望选一个靠谱的民宿， 可以让我们的旅行舒服一些， 泰国旅行大卫交给我安排， 而住宿是第一重点要安排的。 我搜索了爱彼迎， 选择民宿的重点就是看评分和评价， 另外就是我们家需要两个房间， 大卫睡眠很轻， 要单独给他安排一个房间。 对你下来，我一下就选中飞哥家， 符合我们的需求， 最主要的是看大家对他们家的评价， 都是称赞有加， 一看都是特别真诚的 发自肺腑的感激和认可： 大家在这里住得感觉特别舒服， 飞哥会给予很多推荐和建议， 还有飞哥做的咖啡☕️ 是大家念念不忘的[呲牙] 我毫不犹豫就选定飞哥家， 在爱彼迎上交费之后。 我跟飞哥加了微信， 开始咨询飞哥旅行的细节， 从买电话卡到是否需要租车， 飞哥给出建议也会让我自己决定。 我们期间因为疫情设限想早点来清迈， 又因老妈身体不好， 我们又延迟来清迈， 会给飞哥造成影响， 但飞哥都很通情达理给予理解， 真心感激他[爱心][爱心][爱心] 等我们1.10号到达机场， 飞哥开着他的靓皮卡“小橙”来接我们， 竟然没有陌生感， 不到20分钟就到家了， 我们蹑手蹑脚的来到二楼， 特别清新的房间布置， 打开抽屉， 看到的飞哥万能的准备： 从针线到充电线， 从蚊香到狗毛刷…… 我们即来即安心到家的感觉。 第二天我们在家休整， 第三天开始， 飞哥先跟我交流， 再根据我们的喜好 给出贴心的旅行建议： 他推荐我们去的素贴山脚布施， 去蒙占山看景， 去夜间动物园看动物， 去神秘的山谷餐馆看孔雀开屏🦚 去吃特色的动物油条， 去大象咖啡馆和大象亲密接触， 去绿竹按摩 让我们省去很多心思去设计旅行， 又能深入体验清迈当地的生活， 假如这次来清迈没有选飞哥家， 我想我们应该不会有 如此深刻&美好的体验的。 平时没有出门的时候， 我和大卫多半宅在二楼， 只要是大卫喜欢安静， 我可以宅在屋里记录旅行经历， 但顺宝就不一样了， 她喜欢出去玩儿， 也喜欢宅在家里， 她在家里的时候多半在一楼呆着， 飞叔叔、娟子阿姨、 Yanxi哥哥还有奶奶都宠着她， 她一点儿没有把自己当外人， 用她自己的话说： 我一到飞叔叔家瞬间融入了[憨笑] 饿了，飞叔叔给准备吃的， 渴了，飞叔叔给准备果汁， 有时候我和大卫会叮嘱她 不要去打扰飞叔叔一家， 还有要注意的礼貌细节， 飞叔叔就说“孩子就是孩子， 不要束缚她，想怎么来就怎么来！” 后来我也索性让顺宝放飞自我了。 顺宝跟小狗臭臭好的呀， 她会去照顾臭臭， 离开了就想念。 所以才有了上面顺宝舍不得离开 所说的话。 我和娟子很聊得来， 娟子比我小， 她是那种眼里有光， 行动中有爱的人， 她在疫情期间被在北京回不来， 她就花两年时间 悉心照顾她81岁的老父亲； 她对婆婆的尊重和爱 也是我见过不多的好儿媳[爱心][爱心][强][强] 还有她特别能干， 每天把房子打扫的干干净净， 做饭也特别好吃， 奶奶也就是娟子的婆婆 对这个儿媳赞不绝口啊[呲牙][呲牙][强][强] 娟子说“女人是家里的风水” 家里整理得干干静静心才会静； 家人相处得很好才会越来越好。 从娟子身上，我学到了很多。 飞哥很智慧，很幽默！ 娟子很孝顺，很能干！ Yanxi很懂事，很体贴！ 奶奶很懂得保健，做得排骨一流！ 还有臭臭，和顺宝相爱相杀[笑脸 这是怎样的神仙家庭被我们碰到了！ 感恩相遇[爱心][爱心][爱心][合十][合十][合十] 这次有了开头顺宝说的那些话， 这小孩儿是动情了， 我又何尝不是呢？！ 大卫对我这次住宿选择点赞[强][呲牙] 我告诉顺宝： 不要难过，假如我们再来清迈， 我们一定还会来飞叔叔家的！[爱心] 文子于2023.1.25清迈清晨 有感而发一气呵成 不回看，不修改 有错字也无妨， 情感是真挚的[呲牙]

Everything was perfect and beautiful!

Aye was a wonderful host. He provided suggestions for places for us to visit and dine, was very responsive via the Airbnb app, and provided us with filtered water to drink every day. The property is breathtakingly beautiful and well cared for. The living room area is outside, but Aye provided us with mosquito repellent and fans to keep the bugs away. We even had a few critters visit us: some cats, geckos and birds. Although there wasn’t much in to do in walking distance, everything was a quick/inexpensive cab ride away. I would absolutely book this property again and recommend it to any of my friends visiting Chiang Mai. My three friends and I were so comfortable and didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Aye, for a wonderful experience in Chiang Mai!

Sehr neues und super sauberes Haus. Geräumig mit einem kleinen Hof, in dem unser Kind spielen konnte. Betten bequem und Bettwäsche sauber. Weit ausserhalb der Stadt- das wussten wir. Mit dem Roller 30 Minuten. Ruhig und in der Natur. Gastgeberin Poy ist sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wärmste Empfehlung an alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen.

Pimrat was an incredibly gracious host and very kind. They made us feel at home during our stay. We had trouble using Grab from CNX, but were able to show one of the cab drivers the directions Pimrat provided and were able to get there without issue!

Een goede accommodatie in hartje centrum

I stayed at Day Off House for three months, and it was one of the most heartwarming experiences I’ve had. From the start, I felt like part of a family. The hosts, a kind mother and daughter, went above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. When a flood hit Chiang Mai the day after I arrived, the host arranged a boat to get us out safely and organized an alternative hotel. Her care and quick thinking were incredible. The guesthouse is cozy, clean, and perfect for those seeking a sense of community. It’s more than just a place to stay. It’s a home where you feel connected to the hosts and other guests. Future guests, please treat the hosts with kindness. This is their home, not a hotel, and they do so much to make your stay special. If you’re visiting Chiang Mai, I can’t recommend Day Off House enough. It’s a place filled with warmth, care, and unforgettable memories.

Lovely place in a great location. Couldn't have been happier. The flat was as seen in the pictures. Pool amd gym were small but enough - hardly any other people were using them. The host also allowed us to check out late as we had a late flight - thats was so isedul as we were with a young child. Thank you for your hospitality, Fy.

Sirisakul very nice and her mom was easy to talk too , food super market 7-11 laundry nearby definitely recommend to stay here

Good value and well appointed apartment near enough to most places you'll want to access in Chiang Mai. Pool isn't that great (very small and crowded) but we we went next door to the Shangri La's pool for 400 Baht each.

i love day off house. probably you can see my other 4-5 reviews with more information, but all the rooms are super comfortable and well equipped. definitely stay here in cnx!

A nice place to stay for a while right in the heart of Chiang Mai.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in Thailand in my life. I felt at home, everything was tidy, beautiful pool. Inside the condominium complex offers various services, such as taxi, parcel delivery, organized tours, bar, large parking. The owner is a nice person, always available to help you, check in very easy.

Our stay was fantastic. Jib was very responsive, the place was extremely clean, amenities were really great and the place was quiet. Would 100% recommend!

This was a great place to stay, close to the night market and in the middle of many things. For a little peace and a great view, just go up to the top floor where there's a garden and a pool. The view is beautiful.

The condo is comfortable and quiet, in a great building. A little off the beaten path, but walking distance from the night market. Natasa is a good host

Very well appointed room. I appreciate having bin liners for rubbish. Love that you could move the TV to watch from the table. Comfy bed and living. No issues with internet. Good communication with the host. The balcony had some damage which was solved with no issues. Thank you for the stay.

The apartment block & accommodation was spotless added bonus of a lovely swimming pool gym & coffee shop would highly recommend it

Such a wonderful stay! Kate was very kind and responsive. I had a bit of trouble with the wifi in the first few days. She got everything back up and working right away. She was very accommodating and the place was very comfortable and safe. I absolutely loved staying here, everything was within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

깸이 리뷰때문에 조금 걱정했는데 예상과는 다르게 아주아주 만족스러운 방이었어요. 마야몰도 올드쿼터도 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 방도 깔끔하고 전용 세탁기가 있는게 제일 좋았어요! 세제는 챙겨가셔야합니다. 강추강추

在这边住了5天，虽然偶尔会有飞机经过的声音，但丝毫不影响睡眠。床也很舒服，不过被套有点发黄，应该可以换新一点的。我们比较随意，就没要求管家换。位置挺好的，旁边走1分钟就是Maya
