The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very close and walkable to old city! There were many restaurants and cafe at walking distance and lots to do!! Would recommend for a longer term stay as well!

place was easy to locate both on the google maps and grab! place are squeaky clean and well equipped! (theres a wash and dry machine, microwave!) host are very well communicated also! recommend for someone who wanted to travel to chiangmai for a long or short term! theres a sevel, and some resto nearby also!

A perfect accommodation for vacation. There are swimming pool and full options kitchen. The place is very neat and comfortable. Location nearby CMU and Marin market which is so convinient to travel. I wouldv love to visit again!

The listing is quite clean and has all the amenities you would need. - The wifi is not great, so I wouldn’t consider it if I have to work. There are multiple closets, but most are being used to store the host’s stuffs

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

The place was just what we needed to end our trip in Chiang Mai. It was clean and looked like the pictures and was within a reasonable walking distance to places we wanted to go too.

Lovely and cosy nook near Maya, Santitham and Nimman area if you like to stroll. The apartment looks and feels better than the pictures. I would definitely come back, thank you!

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Great place for a quick stay in Chiang Mai, amenities were amazing

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Mr Bob’s apartment. We have been traveling and moving non stop for 3 months, so decided to stay a full week in Chiang Mai and take it slow. This flat was the perfect place to do it, and we felt right at home pretty quickly. The location is walkable to the old city, night markets, bars, restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets. Mr Bob was a great host, good at checking in to see how we were and also at giving us our own space. We had a problem one day where the toilet was leaking (not dirty water, don’t worry), and Mr Bob organised for someone to be sent round to fix the issue pretty quickly. 10/10 would recommend 😊

This was a nice clean space, close to the city. The mall is like a 5 mins walk which is good. Host was very knowledgeable and communicative.
