Backyard Bunker Retreat

TaylorRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The place was everything we expected and more! Lynn was super nice and helpful, we informed her that we were running early and she let us check in to the Airbnb 40 minutes early. We loved having all that space to explore with the dogs. It truly was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. I would love to come back in the fall!

Owls Head

BethanyRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Owl's Head Cabin for a long weekend skiing at Jay. The cabin is small and cozy, very warm, and the right size for two people for a weekend. In addition to the main bed, there's a loft with a sleeping area, but you'd have to be very small to get into it and enjoy it; I'd guess the cabin would be a bit small for a couple with children but maybe if you're out all day it'd be okay. Cooking appliances worked well. The one note of caution is that you have to drive on a somewhat rough, uphill dirt road for at least 3 or 4 miles to reach the cabin. We fortunately did not have to drive during a time when there was actively snow falling on the road, but the 2wd sedan we rented definitely would not have made it in those conditions; it was a little harrowing even with just the slush and ruts left after plowing. So be careful if your trip coincides with nastier weather! Jason was very communicative and left clear instructions. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Bright & Airy Guest House Downtown Waterbury

ArielleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The description for this place is spot on - bright and airy, but extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean, it was easy to find, and it felt very secluded despite being right off the main road. We loved how close to everything it was! My husband and I would love to stay here in the future if we find ourselves in the same area of Vermont again, perhaps in the fall when we can enjoy the beautiful scenery even more!

Cady’s Falls Cabin

KaitlynRating, 5 stars5 days ago
The Cady’s Falls Cabin is a tranquil escape. This property has thoughtful touches (handwritten notes, fresh farm eggs, provided firewood) and charming finishes (large, comfortable bed with luggage storage underneath, lots of counter space, cozy deck) throughout. Stacey is a communicative host and all instructions were clear. Listening to the hum of the river while staying at this property is the perfect way to relax and recharge! I also loved that it is pet friendly, as my dog enjoyed herself as much as my husband and I did.

Rachel and Cisco have a beautiful property! The landscape is gorgeous and, even though their home is right behind the airbnb, it felt like a very private getaway for me and my wife. We had all of the amenities needed and had great day trips to Burlington and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend and will be back ourselves!
