This place is a hidden gem! It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I to celebrate our 2-year anniversary. Leslie was super proactive, responsive, and accommodating. We immediately felt comfortable, cozy, and right at home in the cabin. It had everything we could ever need and then some! This trip was exactly what we needed to get away from the craziness of every-day life and really unplug and unwind. Leslie & Matt gave us some great local recommendations, and our day trip to Stowe to visit The Alchemist and Matterhorn was a blast! We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub at the end of each day. Thanks to Leslie & Matt for such a wonderful experience, we hope to be back very soon!

We stayed at Jennifer's cabin for our annual ski trip. The location is right next to Sugarbush and close to Mad River Glen, which meant we could get right on the slopes in the morning. The cabin was clean and cozy, with all the amenities you would want in a ski cabin. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after coming off the hill. Also, there were plenty of local restaurants to eat at close by. We would definitely stay here again!

We appreciated how pet friendly this place was! Fenced in yard. Blankets to cover the furniture to allow dogs on them. Close enough to many different ski mountains. Perfect to come home to the wood stove and hot tub.

My family had a great time spring skiing at Sugarbush! The place was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It was a perfect home base for our trip, and we’d happily stay here again.

Was absolutely wonderful stay. We usually don't spend much time at our airbnbs but we got to fully enjoy this one. Relaxed the whole weekend was just what we needed. This was my second time staying at Sam & Erin’s, they are great hosts, very responsive communication.. House was very cozy & clean. Woodstove gives it awesome ambiance and kept the wife nice and warm. Even got to hot tub during a snow squall which was great. Town wasn’t far for shopping needs. Loved staying at Rachel's cabin, it was much homier and better stocked than I expected! Everything was provided and it was spotless. The location wasn't perfect for our trip to Burlington and Stowe but if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful stay it's great. Overall we had a cozy and comfortable stay here, would recommend!

Beautiful location right on the lake! We enjoyed the fantastic fall view, being able to go out on the lake with the Pontoon boat, and being in a location that was easy to get to places we were interested in going!

We had an absolutely spectacular time staying with Gerette! Her beautiful cabin was everything we hoped for and more. Our golden retriever had the time of her life bounding through all of the snow!

The cabin was spotless, private, and in great location. We enjoyed skiing during the day and cooking ours dinner at the cabin. This was a relaxing getaway for all.

Coralee's cabin was exactly what my wife and I were looking for while staying in VT to hike. we loved the peaceful and quiet area and the very comfortable cabin itself. Coralee is quick to respond and make you feel welcome. We would 100% stay at this location again given the opportunity!

Everything we needed for a weekend trip up to Stowe. House was clean and located close to Stowe. Area was quiet. Hill is not for the faint of heart. We got 6 inches of snow so couldn't get up but parking at the home was fine for us. Not really an issue. Just make sure your car is equipped to make it up a steep hill or okay with walking.

We stayed at Hidebehind for our honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, Scott made us feel so special by preparing sparkling wine and a balloon to celebrate. The house was spotless, and they even plowed the driveway for us! Scott went above and beyond by offering us a late checkout so we could enjoy a more relaxed morning. Honestly, we didn't even feel the need to leave the cabin—it was the perfect place to unwind. We absolutely can't wait to return!

Such an awesome little place! We loved our stay. Such a cozy place to come back to after skiing all day. Close to Smugglers Notch and Stowe. Would definitely stay here again!

The Sugarhaus cabin was the perfect size for our getaway and had everything we wanted and more. My husband and I expected to relax, ski and be in nature and that’s exactly what this beautiful little cabin offered. It was a nice touch to have a washer and dryer, didn’t expect to use it, but we did. We loved that we were tucked away in nature but still had the luxuries of home with the full kitchen, dishwasher, espresso machine and smart TVs. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace as it provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. In the mornings we drank our coffee in the hot tub while we took in the serene surroundings. It was so quiet and peaceful. We came in winter, but it would be just as beautiful in summer or fall as there is also a beautiful pond with a fire pit. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. It was just the right reset we were hoping for!

Great place to stay while skiing with a small group. Cozy cabin is an apt description, with all the necessary amenities included. They even plowed the driveway while we were out, which was very nice.

We had a great stay in the Stüga! Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and we all enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Would definitely recommend, plenty of room for a family of 4 - kids slept in the pull-out, and my wife and I slept in the bedroom on the very comfortable bed. We even used the equipment in the kitchenette to make Mac and cheese for the kids!

We have stayed here several times and each time has been fabulous. Erica is a great host. We have already booked our next stay.

this cottage was perfect for our getaway. from the sunrise coming up over the mountains and lake to kayaking the lake and just pure peace and serenity. the views were amazing and not too far away from stowe and the capital. I would come back and stay here again and again. suggest to have 4 wheel drive as dirt roads going to cottage but so worth it. the screened in porch was our favorite place to be. fall foliage beautiful. highly recomrecommend
