Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Incantevole monolocale sul mare, totalmente ristrutturato di recente e situato al centro di una piccola baia. L’alloggio è composto da un’ampia camera da letto con angolo cottura e da un confortevole bagno con doccia. Inoltre, il monolocale gode di un ampio balcone vista mare dove poter rilassarsi e godere di un magnifico panorama (23 mq interni + 15 di balcone). La spiaggia è facilmente accessibile a piedi sotto casa, mentre il centro si trova a soli 2 km (5 minuti in auto) mediante la ex 522.

Mare cristallino facilmente accessibile, panorami mozzafiato su Stromboli. Due matrimoniali, una doppia/matrim., due bagni, cucina, relax, sala pranzo, grande terrazza sul mare, aria condizionata. Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
