We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

Incredible place, exactly as announced and extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and it is beautiful as in the pictures. The place is close to an amazing view, good restaurants and the main beach. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! An unforgettable stay and would definitely go back! Thank you for sharing your lovely place Salvatore.

Anna place was perfect for our family of 6. 2 min walk to the beach, beautiful beach and great food. The roof top patio was perfect for sun sets and a peace drink at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Great stay. Private location with gated parking for the car on the premise. Quiet and spacious with large yard very near the old city. Dog friendly is a super plus. Easy to communicate with the host. Matched the description and pictures. Overall clean and very comfortable. The place is technically outside the ZTL but there is a was drive to the place and you cannot avoid the the ZTL if it is active, so get instructions on how to drive to the place and avoid the ZTL. We'd stay here again if in Tropea.

fantastic place to say the least,it was perfect for a week of complete relaxation. we stayed with our dog who had all the space she needed and her beautiful dogs already in the house to play with. the hosts were super helpful and kind for the entire stay,giving us tips about the area and meeting us where possible. special mention for the view of the sea from the house that made us dream.

This place is beautiful and unique. We stayed one night passing through. The hosts were very welcoming and warm. The dinner is amazing, make sure to opt in! Breakfast was perfect. Hard to find if you're using Google maps or even Apple maps so make sure to connect with hosts from the very first stop. Very hospitable people and very comfortable tents and beds! I can tell loving care has gone into the property. Beautiful nature around!

Marinas place was just what we needed for our time in Tropea. It had a secure place for us to park our car, beautiful views and comfortable bed. It’s ideal location makes it walkable to the town center, in about 10 minutes we were by all the shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We loved the outdoor space of Marina’s home to relax, read and enjoy the sun. Marina is a fantastic host, helping us find our way to her place, giving local restaurant recommendations and responded quickly to our questions. We felt well taken care of by her! We look forward to returning 🤗

The home made available by Giuseppe is truly enchanting. Located in a corner surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the center of Badolato. We had a really good time, an unexpected surprise.

Luciano was a wonderful, attentive and kind host. The home was beautiful, clean, private and had everything we needed for a family holiday. He prepared the pool for us, and even got the BBQ ready to use. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool, cooking family meals, and of course watching the sunsets over the sea from the balcony upstairs. Thank you for letting us stay!

First experience with AirB&B and I couldn't have started better. The very clean property is very tidy and has the strong point of the very comfortable garden and swimming pool that make the stay very relaxing. Perfect also because I had a medium-large dog. The friendly and helpful owners were always able to respond to my needs. The location is strategic, even if you need the car, the center or commercial activities are close. The area is quiet. I highly recommend it.

The REAL slow life! If you are looking for relaxation, tranquility and well-being here you will find it: beautiful, bucolic places, silence, the sea (the Ionian is the most beautiful and undervalued in Italy), km of almost deserted free beaches in August, good food (many restaurants/farms in the area at very honest prices) and excellent wines. The villa is perfect for both groups of friends and families! Salvatore is a great host, ask him what you want from your vacation and he will be able to show you the best experiences. Will be back!

The stay at Elisa's property was up to expectations. The house is cozy and equipped with everything you need: super equipped kitchen and essential air conditioning with the temperatures of thisyear. Elisa was always available, kind and always attentive to our needs. Experience to repeat.

The place was great, I can't say anything negative. Luigi and his brother were very helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. It was very clean and very cozy and warm for the winter. We didn't miss anything and I would always come back!

This is a totally life changing trip - it’s the most exceptionally beautiful place either of us have ever been and our hosts were beyond kind, responsive and accommodating. The best people, the best place. The views and terraces were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The beach is stunning and the local food incredible - we loved cooking in the little kitchen which is perfectly formed. In short, we’re in love with the place! ‌ Aurelio is an exceptional host: since booking he has been helpful and friendly, offering tips and advice on how to best live our vacation in Calabria. The house is very large, it has a beautiful view of the valley below, it has a large garden with pergola and barbecue area. The rooms are large and well ventilated. Inside you can find everything you need (kitchen tools, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.). Two bathrooms with a shower + an outdoor shower are available. Peace and quiet reign and at the same time you can relax in the garden or reach the villages or some of the most beautiful beaches in a short time. It is a good base to spend the holidays at the sea, but without sacrificing the cool of the mountain.

Andrea's house is beautifully located by the sea, with direct access to the beach. You have an unobstructed view of the sea, Stromboli on the horizon and a sunset every evening. The furnishings are simple, as is often the case in Italy, but clean and tidy. The surroundings are already very quiet in October, every now and then a cat sneaks by, you are completely undisturbed and can enjoy the holidays. The house has a garage parking space, just a few steps away. A bar and a few restaurants can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Pippo, Andrea's father, takes care of all local matters very lovingly, be it a question about the surroundings, where you can get something, something doesn't work or just a chat about the weather. He is always available and happy to help. Highly recommended.

Very good experience, a quiet place to disconnect, all the amenities impeccable and everything working a very good option for the summer.

The place was comfortable, big enough for eight people (four bedrooms, big living room, small kitchen, nice terace and couryard, three toiletts, two showers inside). One can walk directly from the courtyard/garden to the beach (350 meters). There is a supermarket (Conard) nearby (2mins by car, but not for walking, since the way is along a road without pedestrian way) which has a good offer including fresh fish, nice cheese etc. From the place one can (by car) explore the beautiful beaches of Calabria. Dina/Andrea provided us with great recommendations. Expecially nice are the beaches Spiaggia di Grotticelle near Capo Vaticano (some 90km south of the place, but absolutely worth it; spend a whole day), Marinella di Zambrone (some 70km south of the house; magic!!) and - on the other side of Calabria - Spiaggia Le Castella (super nice, great sand, great view); afterwards have a pizza in Salvatore's in Le Castella; extremely yummy and cheap! We also visited Tropea and Pizzo - nice towns!

Late October and we were really lucky, there was late summer! The sea was wonderful and the beach almost always deserted… Perfect! It was just harvest time for the olives, which gave us very nice encounters - and even more respect for the people who do the harvest work! If you are looking for space and solitude in beautiful scenery, this is the place to be! There are very good restaurants and a good grocery store very close by. I think we will come back….
