Welcome to our beautiful original Victorian house, our family home, full of art and a heaven from the bustle of London life. Only 15 min tube ride to the centre and very well connected to any London areas. At the top of the house, this is a uniquely designed studio loft with private bathroom, kitchen, coffee & tea station, overlooking our garden with a gorgeous skylight and a hammock. A place to step back & replenish. Plenty of living space, even for morning yoga, in a creative environment

Enjoy bed & breakfast in a friendly household, happy to advise on the best way to get around town and recommend local pubs, restaurants and places to visit. We're in Zone 2. The room is ideal for one. (We also offer a single/double with a private bath). We're in quiet street, close to excellent transport options, with no pets. Our neighbourhood is 'vibrantly diverse', safe, with fast connections to sights & shops in the centre. You can walk to the Thames & huge Westfield shopping mall.

Forest Hill has a village feel. My place is within walking proximity to Sainsburys store, where you can buy essentials. Costa & Superdrugs, or Costa & Kfc are here too. Hornimans Museum & gardens Tesco Express are up the road. I am 8 minutes walk from the station and up a hill. You’ll love my place because of the quiet location, yet access is easy. Forest Hill station is (Zone 3). Bus stops are close by. We also have a library and leisure centre. There’s communal parking if you drive.

The largest room in the house, with two (double-glazed) windows. Two shared bathrooms between three rooms. Fastest fibre optic broadband (wifi) included. Flatscreen TV including sky sports and all channels. . New super King bed. Incredible fast travel to Central London 9 mins to London Bridge (Tower of London etc) 17 mins Charing X (Big Ben etc). Most useful accessories provided so you don't have to bring them.

Use our lovely central family home as your home.

This is very much our home and not an Airbnb professional let, we only rent house out during holidays. It’s quite artsy and bohemian. We have recently decorated the top part of the house and it’s very light and airy. We have lots of art and very original decorating. The bottom floor still needs doing up, ie the kitchen and entrance but it’s functional and still very cozy.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, which is located in the midst of the huddle and bustle of Tooting Broadway with its plethora of restaurants, bars and shops. We offer 2 Airbnb rooms, so have a maximum of two guests at any time. Guests can enjoy the sole use of the sitting room and bathroom. The kitchen and garden is shared with us.

The loft is at the top of a secure ladder and can be prepared with a single mattress or a double. There are two chests of drawers in the room, a hanging rack and a big desk in front of a big window. This room does not have a private lock. This is our home and we're most of the time at home. In fact, the loft closes with a hatch and can't be locked.

Newly decorated apartment over two floors with 14ft ceiling in large sitting room. A large bedroom with 5ft double bed and comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. All cotton linen and towels. Lovely light unique space which is incredibly quiet to escape from the busy bustle of London. Fully kitted out kitchen and very quiet.

Hello and welcome to my bright and cosy house.! :-) My house is 8 min by foot from Tulse Hill station with direct access to Central London(10-15 min),3 min away from busses taking you to Central London & 5 min away from a big park called Brockwell Park, 3-10 min away from local shops. 10 min by bus from Brixton underground Station.
