Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. We loved our stay at Zia’s home. It was such a cozy and whimsical house. And it was a great place to crash after our full days in London. The tube was a short 15-20 minute walk from the house, which provided easy access to central London sights. And there was a bus that you could take that was about 4 stops to the street by the house from the tube. There was a grocery store around the corner that was nearly new. Overall, it was great.

We had a lovely time in this house. We were two families with kids and especially enjoyed the spacious house, the comfortable beds and all the things included (everything from boardgames a piano, and kitchen utensils to the very cozy cats). Easy to get into the city center with the northern line, but also plenty of options to eat in and around Tooting market.

Erika was a great host. Always responsive and friendly. The home was clean and well organised, the entry via key code was simple and straightforward and Erika was very accommodating with regard to check-in time.

A beautifully presented home in a fantastic location. We loved the unique decor plus the short stroll to the park, pub and bus stop for a quick ride to the tube and power station. The lovely grocer downstairs was an added bonus. We would stay here again to access a great part of London for us and our kids.

An excellent house just off Cheyne Walk in the heart of Chelsea. Rare to find somewhere right in the middle of the most popular locations in London yet totally silent at night. Special thanks to Al who helped me surprise my wife by decorating the house for a very special birthday- she and all of us were delighted. Highly recommended for something authentic and special in Chelsea.

Lovely home, very well appointed. Upscale kitchen which allowed us to cook. Beautiful floors and stairs, quality bedding, linens and towels, cozy family room. Very clean. Felt safe.

We had a great time at Romain's place. It was like being at home. Communication with Romain was very easy, he was quick to respond. The area where the house is located is very quiet and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is well connected to central London by bus or train/tube. We opted for the bus, there are several, it is cheaper and the children up to 15 years do not pay. Also see the city while you travel.

Great space for our family, 2 adults and 2 children (6&9). Location was easily walkable to lots of attractions and the metro station. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was a nice bonus.

Stunning home! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enclosed back garden was perfect for young kids.

Nadia's house is even better than in the photos. A cozy and very well-equipped place, especially in the kitchen. I was able to quietly prepare Christmas meals for our family. The beds are very soft. Nadia is a very friendly host and responsive to our every question. The small garden is a real plus. Very appreciated: Nadia took care of the steps to be able to park the car in front of the house or almost. The neighborhood is very quiet. Thank You And have a great end of the year

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. I loved being able to explore the area easily and still have a cozy retreat to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Serge was very easy to communicate with and super friendly, and the guide book of local restaurants and parks was extremely helpful. The apartment was especially clean and very well lit/bright/colorful and tastefully decorated… felt open and spacious, even though it was a below ground level. The location also was quiet and quaint, despite occasional rumblings of the metro underneath/close by. Our family of four (all adults) had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. What a wonderful area. Walking distance to Arnos Grove tube station. The house was absolutely spotless and I have to give loads of praise to Elena. There was a burst pipe in the area and Thames water shut down the water in the whole neighbourhood. Elena immediately provided us with water and was extremely proactive. Evertime I messaged her she responded almost immediately. I can see why she is a SuperHost. Thank you so much Elena for hosting us. You have a beautiful place. This will be the only place we will stay when in London. 10/10
