Located 10 minutes from the highway and 45 minutes from Switzerland and Annecy to enjoy the surroundings of our beautiful region.

Located 800 m above sea level, this 40 m2 apartment, with independent entrance, includes a parking space. It has a capacity of 4 people. It is a 5-minute walk from Lake Lalleyriat and a 15-minute drive from the ski slopes or summer sports of various resorts. A supermarket is located in the village of Poizat a few minutes away by car. It is ten minutes from the highway exit, and 45 minutes from Geneva.
