The apartment felt like home the moment I walked in the entrance door. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything needed. The location was a pleasant 20 minute walk through a safe and friendly Nepali neighborhood to the Thamel area. The host was superb. He responded to messages in a timely manner, provided information on dinning, shopping, and attractions in Kathmandu.

I had a wonderful stay at Bishnu’s apartment in the Bhatbhateni Apartments in Kathmandu. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Kiran was an excellent local host—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu and would gladly stay here again in the future.

What can I say about this amazing place where you can feel at home... A magnificent energy emerges from the place, the decoration is done tastefully. The kitchen is clean and very well-equipped. The bathroom is in perfect condition, and hot water is available at all times. The terrace is a real bonus for enjoying the sun, drinking tea or chatting. The many plants make it very welcoming. Sarune was always extremely responsive when I had questions (what to do, where to eat, where to take the bus... etc.) and very kind. Her adorable dog Tonto will make you fall in love with her beautiful little eyes. The Baudha neighborhood has everything you need and is much less touristy than Thamel. You can enjoy the calm of the stupa a minute's walk away, which is amazing for Kathmandu! Book without hesitation, the value for money is incredible. A real cozy little nest in this crazy hustle and bustle.

Babin is a responsible and responsive host. We came here for a flurry of business-ish activities in Kathmandu, and found the room very convenient with everything we needed. The surrounding area is nice, with lots of excellent shops and restaurants around. Decor is simple and unobtrusive, with lots of nice plants in the hallways.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

Akash is an excellent host and makes sure you feel right at home. He and his brother have always been responsive and helped me get my way around the city! The house was very cozy and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. A must recommend for anyone planning to stay in Kathmandu.

This charming, cozy room was located in a gated complex. There is a kitchen and bar located directly on the property that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Nir will also be opening a bakery very soon. The location is one block behind the stupa and there is no shortage of restaurants and shopping. Sonam was exceptionally helpful in responding to my questions.

Great House with a very nice couple! Awesome local experience, and the pool and the fitness room are exelent! Wish to stay longer but the flight was already booked! Thank you!
