Vacation rentals with a patio in Lakka

The apartment is located in the South Corfu, in a small town and very easy to find (7minute drive from the main road). The view from the apartment was amazing, supermarket 5 minute walk and restaurants in the harbour can be reached within 10 minutes walk. Kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space in the apartment. If you are planning to explore south Corfu with a car and wish to have a quiet, calm and safe place don't look forward. Most of the beautiful beaches are 30 minute drive from the apartment. Easy to find parking space in front of the apartment even if you arrive late. We had some issues during our stay with the Wifi and boiler but it was fixed quickly and host was very helpful and gave us immediate response. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Giannis and his wife are excellent hosts and made us very welcome. The apartment is just as portrayed, and the only downside is the lack of privacy in the bedrooms which might be uncomfortable if two couples were sharing but could also be a bonus for a family with children. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday is provided and there is an excellent supermarket about 10 mins drive away. There is a small beach very close by, shallow water, very safe for children and a hotel that provides sun lounges and serves decent food. The area is very peaceful but only a short drive from the main road which takes you to any part of the island. It’s necessary to have a car here, we explored just about everywhere. Would certainly recommend this lovely apartment.

Wir konnten uns bei Chrisovalandis wunderbar erholen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Nähe zum Strand und das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick. Als es ein Problem mit dem Haartrockner und dem WLAN gab, wurde uns blitzschnell geholfen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

we loved our stay here. nothing beats waking up in the morning and jumping into the sea before your first coffee. nothing beats falling asleep to the sound of the waves. all in all wonderful place to relax and have time for yourselves. you hardly see or hear the neighbors. bring bugspray though! the mosquitos will eat you up during certain times of the day (we were here end of september). the appartment has good mosquito screens installed at the terrace door and bathroom window and the host provides incense against the bugs. so it's very manageable. konstantinos answered quickly most of the time and was very friendly.

This has been our best stay through Airbnb so far. The location is very good, in a beautiful olive grove, about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Gaios. The bus stop is also very close. The house itself is amazing. Extremely spacious and clean. Georgia has decorated it in a way that highlights its original character and history. It has all the amenities that you could possibly need in a home. The yard is so beautiful and calm, that it almost felt a pity to not be able to stay more inside. Besides, the beauty of the building (and the island itself) one of the things that made us enjoy more our stay was Georgia herself. She is a lovely, kind,funny and extra caring person. She was willing to help us with anything and so open with communication that felt like staying at a friend's house and not a landlord's. She is a super sweet and genuine person and we were really happy and lucky to meet her. We would absolutely recommend a stay here without any hesitation.

The house is lovely with all the essentials. The owners are very kind and pleasant people. I recommend to anyone who wants to visit the island

This was a repeat visit for our family to this terrific house. We had another great stay! It's a very comfortable house with a large garden, set in an extremely remote (in a positive sense) location, but still just a ~5-minute drive to Halikounas Beach. It's an extremely peaceful and quiet setting, with complete privacy. The house has 3 bedrooms with one bathroom (and a shower outside as well that we used post-beach), and a common living room / kitchen with a nice veranda/balcony at the back of the house, where there are a couple of seating areas (one covered for avoiding sun). There's also a nice area at the front of the house for sitting/relaxing. The host was very responsive to the couple of issues we had, and anything that came up was solved quickly. We will definitely return!

Siamo arrivati molto tardi la sera, ma abbiamo trovato facilmente la casa e il check-in è stato semplicissimo. Ingresso con salotto e cucina molto carino, divano grosso, cucina con tutto il necessario, noi siamo stati due settimane e abbiamo cucinato in casa tutti i giorni. Devo segnalare inoltre la gentilezza del padrone di casa che, seppur non tenuto a farlo, ci ha recuperato una caffettiera moka per fare il caffè all’italiana! Un grazie davvero grande! Le due camere da letto semplici, spaziose e pulite e confortevoli. L’aria condizionata ci ha aiutato molto a dormire serenamente; seppur solitamente non abituati a casa nostra, abbiamo apprezzato molto. Il bagno non è enorme ma in 4 ce la siamo cavati senza problemi. Bello lo spazio intorno a casa con giardino, zona per stendere e lavatrice. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche tutta la biancheria offerta per camere bagni e cucina, e la dotazione già in essere (sapone, spugne etc). Ottima vacanza!

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen im wunderschönen Haus von Damianos. Das Haus ist sehr funktional und sehr angenehm. Die Einfahrt ist etwas steil, aber es ist das allgemeine Merkmal in der Gegend. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gastfreundlich und fürsorglich. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Reaktionsfähigkeit haben es uns ermöglicht uns schnell in der Umgebung zurechtzukommen. Einige schöne Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir persönlich empfehlen Panorama Notos Taverna. Dort kann man den ganzen Tag in sehr schöne Umgebung Sonnen und leckeres Essen. Wir werden ohne Zweifel wiederkommen.

Great house. Quiet and out of town enough for relaxation and close 1k 20min walk to Giaos. Aircon great. Broadband dropped out after storm but fixed quickly. All amenities available lovely outside shower bbq and patio area. TVs in bedrooms and big showers room with washer inside. Met owners who were fantastic and hospitable. Got mopeds which were the best way to get around. We were all very comfortable and well provided for and will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much from the family! 👏👏👍

We absolutely loved our stay in Perivoli! Our daughter wants to live here when she grows up! The house was immaculate and the host very easy to communicate with. The village of Perivoli is very traditional and authentic, which is exactly what we were looking for. A lovely, peaceful break. Also worth noting is that the location makes it very easy to reach both the east and west of the island where the beaches contrast greatly… sandy on one side and beautiful rocky outcrops on the other. Thanks! We will be back next year :)

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung! Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und das Balkon ist sehr groß. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass Kavos ein Partyort ist. Nichtsdestotrotz eine sehr schöne Unterkunft!

TOLL TOLL TOLL!!!! Unglaublich tolle Unterkunft, sehr hilfsbereit und einfache Kommunikation. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht da, wäre gerne länger geblieben! Ich kann die Unterkunft von Thomas nur empfehlen! Ich komme wieder :)

Tolle Unterkunft mit guter Aussicht. Ohne Auto sehr schwer zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigem Bergdorf. Ausstattung in der Wohnung war sehr gut. Ein zu Fuß zu erreichender Strandzugang war leider nicht vorhanden.

Martha was always a fantastic host, nothing was ever a problem for her and she was always there to help. Apartment was in great condition and in a great location. Would definitely recommend :)

اروع اجازة في بيت رائع من حيث النظافه والموقع والاطلالة يعطيك احساس انك في بيتك والاروع من كل هذا المضيفين بابيس وماريا الودوديين والرائعين المليئين بالحب والثقة وكرم الضيافة اللامحدود اعطونا احساس دفء الاهل وخاصة طفلي الصغير الذي غمروه بحنان الجد والجدة شكرا من القلب بابيس وماريا وصوفيا لن ننساكم ابدا أما مميزات الموقع عدة شواطئ قريب جدا من الموقع والمطاعم والتسوق ايضا وانشطة وفعاليات غنية انصح وبشدة بهذا البيت الجميل

Bel appartement en substitution de celui qui était prévu avec juste un petit bémol sur le manque de vaisselle et les finitions électriques. Hôte très accueillant et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons cet hôte.

Schöne große Unterkunft. Sehr herzliche nette Gastgeberin. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Die Unterkunft ist im Süden und etwas abseits, man benötigt ein Auto. Supermärkte zu Fuß erreichbar, auch ein kleiner Badestrand. Gute Taverne zu Fuß erreichbar.
