Cozy lake property get away

Small cottage ( app. 400 sq ft ) on large lake front parcel. The rental is the rear cottage with very nice lake front view, quiet neighborhood and large yard. Two miles to Bemus point where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Chautauqua county voted best small golf town by golf digest. National comedy center in Jamestown. Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.

Located on the Goose creek wildlife preserve in Loomis Bay this is truly the sweet spot on Chautauqua lake. We are close to all the major attractions on the lake and minutes from the beautiful town of Lakewood and the Jamestown Comedy Center. We have a 40 ft dock with direct access to the lake with 3 kayaks to use. This is the perfect place to sit back and unwind in this natural paradise on the lake minutes away from Chautauqua counties major attractions.

Our charming and spacious home is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Celoron, NY. We are just two blocks away from the lake and the beautiful Lucile Ball memorial park. The park offers a boat launch, so bring your boat! Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets while lounging on a bench by the lighthouse or at the beautiful Harbor Hotel. In addition, we are just steps away from local shops, kayak rentals and one of the best restaurants on the lake.

Lakewood complete cottage: time for a winter break

This is a super convenient location; a beautiful mile walk or bike ride to the Village of Lakewood. In the cooler seasons the hot tub is maintained and available outside the lakeside door. The lakefront is easily within 70' of the house, a fire ring is available for attended campfires. No pets are allowed at this location. No smoking on premises. Due to the full stairs, this location may not be safe for younger aged children.
