Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake Winnipeg

Modern place with great view over Lake Winnipeg. It was wonderful for a mini biz retreat and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and lake as hore walks.

This was our third AirBNB in this area and we agreed it was our favourite. Very well laid out for 2 couples. Great kitchen and dining space for cooking meals together. Beautiful bathroom. The hot tub and fuse ball table were lovely perks! So was the gas fireplace. We could keep the space at a comfortable temperatures Although there was not a lakeside view from inside, a quick 30 second walk around the house got us there. Beds were comfortable - one room had a softer mattress than the other which accommodated different preferences. Instructions were very clear with lots of local recommendations. We would come back!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover an AirBnB in my hometown. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos and exceptionally clean. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and provided a welcoming environment. During my stay, the weather reached an extreme -47°C, and Ollie kindly provided an extension cord for my rental vehicle. The suite was located in the basement, so I anticipated it might be cooler during a Manitoba winter; however, a space heater was provided to ensure my comfort. My only minor concern was the steep stairs leading into the suite, although this was clearly shown in the listing photos. Overall, I would gladly stay here again whenever I return to Neepawa—hopefully during warmer weather next time.

The kitchen is well equipped with top end appliances and cookware, with a nice selection of dishes and kitchen extras. Big dining table seats a crowd. It’s a well laid out space so you can spread out in different areas; the little den is great for quiet time or games. The bar activity downstairs can be heard if there is no tv or other sounds going on in your space - it wasn’t too bad though and they closed at 11 (Winter hours). Bring your own shampoo and hair dryer - I forgot. There is no hand rail on the 20+ stairs up to the unit which was a little unnerving. The beds were comfy and the whole place is very nicely decorated. It suited 4 ladies in town for a curling bonspeil very well.

My aunt and I had a wonderful time with our dogs, we got the relaxitation we wanted and peacefulness of being outside the city snd some really great memories together. Thank you for that!

We absolutely love getting an opportunity to spend time @littleretreat it feels like a home away from home. It is such a peaceful place, and we love all the trails through the forest and sitting by the wood stove. It’s so wonderful finding properties that are pet friendly and our dogs love it. Michael is a great host and makes you feel like you are just popping into a family members place while they are away. Can’t wait to get back.

Our family with a baby and 5 year old had a great time :) we love gimli, and staying somewhere so close to all the action was great for us. We were able to walk everywhere, see the lake, this would be the perfect place in the summer being so close to the water. The absolute one and ONLY thing I would suggest is maybe adding in a foldable crib/ playpen for babies, because this place is the perfect place for families with kids. We had to bring our baby’s bassinet with us which wasn’t 100% ideal. Other than that Nancy and her husband were so nice, the house is so cozy and clean and they literally had everything you’d need! Even condiments in the fridge and spices for food! I loved the cozy throw blankets as well, so perfect for a movie night in :) would definitely stay here again and for long periods of time. Wonderful place to stay. Especially in the winter if you ride snowmobiles, the trail is super close by and easy to get too. Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Will definitely be back. Felt right at home.
