This 1830 brick farmhouse is nestled on a bluff overlooking the east fork river valley. The setting is quiet, pastoral, and private, with the exception of occasional family use of barn 400' away. Home was remodeled in 2018 with new kitchen and bath and complete makeover. 2 large covered porches Bath is upstairs and stairs are sturdy and safe, but original and slightly steep. Well equipped kitchen, sub zero fridge,microwave,dishwasher, toaster,coffee maker. Bring ice. Nice Bocce court too.

Relax with the whole family by the pool, near the Koi pond at our vacation home. Located in Batavia, Just 2 miles from Jungle Jims, Eastgate Mall, shopping and dining. Close to the nature center, fishing pond and playground that is just a walk away! The backyard has a full playground as well and we have an adjustable basketball hoop in the driveway. We are 25 minutes from Greater Cincinnati Airport, Kings Island Amusement Park, Cincinnati Zoo & Cincinnati Aquarium. Etc. Etc
