Lakeside central 3 bdrm Luxury!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this nearly new centrally located apartment. We are lakefront and boast resort facilities with indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi along with a well equipped gymnasium. The property is only 400 metres from the main street where there are multitude of eating and drinking options as well as a supermarket. The apartment has 2 carparks , one in the basement , a few metres from the lift, the other outside which is suitable for a boat. The boat ramp is just across the road

Access is via a separate ranch slider door. 4 rooms are exclusively available to you including 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and supplied linen. There is a coffee station with a small fridge, water kettle, toaster, microwave and basic crockery to enable use of these appliances and to prepare basic meals. From your patio and bedroom windows are gorgeous garden and mountain views.

7 minutes drive from Central Wanaka, this studio with with ensuite (but no cooking facilities) is situated on the end of Peninsula Bay. This is a self contained room attached to a family house (also for rent for larger groups) which its own separate entrance. There is also access to Pen Bay pool with hot tub and gym 900m from the house. Mountain bike tracks start 100metres in front of the house and the lake is just 500metres down the back.
