Lake house vacation rentals in Lake Wales

The house was really nice and very clean. It is located conveniently between Bartow and Winter Haven. Jennifer was proactive in her communications and very responsive. When a fire alarm started beeping from a low battery (and was too high for us to reach), Jennifer had the property manager there to fix it within 20 minutes. We would definitely love to stay there again.

He was wonderful! I spend the weekend before my wedding and needed a place that was relaxing and cozy and this was exactly it !!! He received us with flowers as congratulations he made sure everything was perfect ! Everyone that stayed loved the air bnb. This will for sure be my go to place when I come back for vacations 🖤 If you are thinking about it do it the price is so worth it

Absolutely magical! This was my second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly feels like a week at Hogwarts. Alex and Sofi were always responsive and helpful hosts. Would return again in the future.

We were in Winter Haven for our daughters wedding. We have never rented an airbnb before. One thing we knew we wanted was a king bed.. the bed was very comfortable! We don't like to eat out too much, my husband is an excellent cook. The kitchen was very nice, clean, roomy and functional. We had everything we needed. I think our favorite part of the house is the screened in porch looking out on lake Jessie. It was fun to watch the various birds, squirrels, bunnies.. and drink coffee in the morning. The trees and vegetation were very impressive as well (we are from AZ) The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. Once again I will say this was our first experience at renting an airbnb... Daniela & Thomas were very helpful and accommodating every step of the way. I would highly recommend them and their lovely house to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.. Thank you so very much... this was by far the easiest and most pleasant part of our trip!!!

We rented the lakehouse to go to Legoland with no other plans. The place was as described and very nice. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The dock was nice and our son even wrote "walk to the dock" in the guest book of things to do. The house is close to Legoland, Lakeland, and Winter Haven. It took us 1 hour to get to Tampa, so location wise you could do any theme park in the Orlando area or go to Tampa within a 1 hour drive. The host was very responsive for the few messages we exchanged. Luckily we encountered zero issues but I would imagine she'd be just as responsive if needed. The house is off what I consider a busy road, but once inside the gate it's not bad. All rooms had noise makers, which we thought were a nice touch! There is a Publix right around the corner and that was convenient. Overall I would highly recommend this property. It's far enough out to be peaceful but close enough to do most attractions in the central FL area.

Very peaceful and accommodating. We loved watching the sunrise from the master bedroom each morning and walking around the canal and lake to see wildlife. The back porch was our favorite, and stayed nice and cool even midday. The hosts were very responsive if I had a question. If we return to the area to fish again, I will definitely rebook.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, charming, and just as described. The community was quiet, but there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

A great place we will definitely be coming back. This was the perfect place for our Family spring break vacation.

Our recent Airbnb experience with Arlen was nothing short of 5 Stars. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The host was absolutely fantastic, providing prompt and helpful communication throughout our stay. The home itself was fabulous! It was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The private pool was an absolute game-changer, providing the perfect oasis for refreshing midday breaks and relaxing evenings. It was a highlight for the whole family. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and amenity-rich stay in the area. We will definitely be booking again when visiting!

Very accommodating of our request and always there to answer questions. Loved our time there and only wish we could have stayed longer. Even though we are local, will definitely be back again for some time away from home. Very much worth it. Great space for travelers with dogs.

Meghan was very friendly and quickly responded to any communication I has with her. Her home was very nice, very close to a nice walk at the lake and the beds were comfortable.

We rented Anthony’s home in Lakeland for three nights. Pulling up to the home, we thought the house and grounds were really lovely and kept up very well. We opened the door into a charming, historic foyer/living room with beautiful hardwood floors. We found room after room to be a welcoming combination of historic features and modern conveniences, with tv’s and ceiling fans throughout. The two immaculate kitchens were well appointed with high-end appliances and cookware. Upstairs was all wood floors, four well-sized bedrooms, each with a closet, antique glass door handles, and built-in cabinets stocked with linens. We were in town for our son’s wedding, and were able to cook for and host a small dinner party there for a nominal fee. All the guests commented on how charming the house was. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice of this home and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lakeland. We may never stay in a hotel in Lakeland again!

We raved about this house the entire time we were there! Everyone from our one year old to Grandma enjoyed themselves, and it felt like a vacation for everyone instead of a trip to Legoland just for the kids. Everything was well stocked and immaculate, the decor was clean and inviting, as well as calm and relaxing. Even the kids laughed when we realized how close we were to Legoland, yet the quiet lake and serene setting transported us when we were at the house. We also found we were eating more meals at home under the cabana next to the pool, we didn't want to leave! Thank you, Julie & David, for your attention to every last detail.

Enjoyed our stay. Spacious, clean, well furnished. Enjoyed the grill and being well supplied to be able to cook all of our meals saving lots of time and money on our trip.

Our stay here was convenient, easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, and VERY close to shopping plazas, and what we were in town for... Peppa Pig World/Legoland. Richard was very responsive, communicated well, provided clean sheets, a home comfy for a family of 5, and games/entertainment for family time. We stayed 3 nights and everything was fine. Great place.

Beautiful m, brand new house with an astonishingly pleasant screened porch with a pool overlooking the lake. Espresso machine was a dream. Kitchen is larger than any chef (or hockey team because it’s so big) could ever ask for. The main sofa is a delight to sit in. The beds are maximally comfortable. Staying here made me feel like a wealthy man.
