Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lake Tyers Beach

Trent's holiday house is located in a beautiful place & the 360 degree view was very nice. Our group of 12 had a very good time in the spacious house with the large family area & loved the long dinning table. Need to take all essential items as the nearest town is about 30 m away from the house. Also the last 1-2km drive to the property takes time & its better if you are driving a SUV as the condition of the road is not good for a Sedan. Few gates to open & close as its a working farm . We really enjoyed our stay at Whelans Run Farm House.

My family and I felt right at home the instant we walked in the door. The house holds a warm and comfortable setting and is an easy stroll to the local shops and cafes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we next visit Metung.

Clean, not far from the beach. There is a general store (Foodworks) round the corner that provides basic amenities and some food. Easy walk to the beach. It's a lovely comfortable place to stay. We had all we needed in the home, telescope and toys for kids were a nice touch. There is a long bath indoors and outdoors which is a hit with the kids. Fair warning, there were a lot of flies, not something that the host can control and it's what you do get living at the beach. They get in when you open the doors so do be quick. Maybe bring a fly swatter if you find using fly spray/ elastic bands to not be your choice of weapon. We managed to take out over 30 flies indoors but it's a constant battle. Overall a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended and will come back again.

Stephen’s place was excellent and perfect in every way. Stephen was a great host and Bobby the dog was too. The place was cozy and has everything you need for your stay. The garden was a beautiful addition and provided a great view from the deck. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great bush getaway with a great host.

We have travelled to a dozen of countries with Airbnb and this is our top 1 favorite house ever! It is very clean tidy beautiful comfy. The view is fantastic!!! It made us rest so well. The equipments are all in good quality. Highly recommend to all! Perfect holiday house!

Such a beautiful home to stay in, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and excellent facilities. Great attention to detail, even down to the umbrellas provided! Lesley’s post stay follow up was awesome as we left some things behind and she was super helpful in getting them back to us. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyable stay with everything you require available at the property. Interior of the property was immaculate with 2 bedrooms each with a large ensuite bathroom. Ideal location set back from the road - very quiet and peaceful - easy walking distance to all shops and food outlets around the town

Amazing Airbnb. Easily settled in and felt immediately at home. Could tell this home was full of love. Really appreciated the eggs, lemon and wine hehe. My 2 yo nephew loved playing with all the toys and had a blast with Hugo the border collie. Kim was really responsive with any questions and concerns, even letting the sheep into the paddock next to us so we could visit them. The Airbnb itself was gorgeous and full of personality, the dam outside kept us busy with yabby fishing and just soaking in the peacefulness. Located less than 10 minutes away from Lakes Entrance so it has all the privacy and peace away from hustle. Thank you Kim! Will definitely come back when I get another chance to come to Lakes Entrance and East Gippsland!
