Isot ruokakaupat (Prisma, K-Supermarket/200 m/avoinna 6-24) ja paljon ravintoloita lähellä. Lämmin autohallipaikka saatavilla lisämaksusta.

Mökki sijaitsee taloni pihapiirissä. Ikkunoista näkyy meri ja ranta, mistä pääsee melomaan tai suppailemaan saaristoon ja Porvoon joelle. Ranta on matala. Uimiseen sopii parhaiten lähistöllä sijaitseva puhdasvetinen lampi. Alue on luonnonsuojelualue ja sopii hyvin luontoihmisille.

Lisäksi on kylpyhuone ja sauna, wc sekä varusteltu keittiö. Talossa ei asu muita. Tilavalta terassilta on näkymä takapihalle. Talon edessä on reilusti pysäköintitilaa. Sopii esim. pariskunnalle tai rauhalliselle työkeikkalaiselle. Tuusulan järven rantaan on lyhyt 300 metrin kävelymatka.
