The loft bedroom up stairs has been divided into two comfortable sleeping areas with a privacy wall to separate the beds. Being 2 minutes walk from Napier CBD, shops, restaurant's, parks and cafes.

The Cottage LtC ( lemon tree cottage)

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

The Storage Shed Ahuriri

The Storage Shed started its life in 1875 as part of Denholms general store, and is arguably one of the oldest buildings in the area. It is now a beautiful studio room decorated with up cycled retro furniture to create a bright happy creative space. The open ceiling with its rafters, ply walls, huge doors and windows create a light modern loft style space. The storage shed is one street back from the sea and bike paths in the heart ❤️ of Ahuriri village. Check my other listing right next door.

The Cottage, unique and tastefully decorated.

Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Blue @ Bayview - 1970’s Beach Bach

You will love the warm and relaxed feel of our 1970s beach bach with open plan living in the kitchen, lounge and dining area & new aluminium windows. Private outdoor courtyard area. Tea, coffee and coffee pods provided for the Nespresso machine. 2min walk to the beach and on the doorstep of the HB Bike Trail. Snapper Park Cafe is a short walk. HB airport is a 5 minute drive. Crab Farm Winery, The Art Shed, Bellatinos Food Lovers Market is a 12 minute walk away or 2 minute drive.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

The Shed@Longview

The 'shed' is situated on our lifestyle block not far from Napier. It is was originally a farm implement shed, but has been repurposed as an extra accomodation space. It is very private being set away from the main house with a lovely rural outlook. The large open plan studio space consists of a lounge, kitchenette and dining area, with a seperate bedroom and bathroom space. We enjoy meeting new people so would love to welcome you to 'the shed'.

The Little Shoehorn is a 5 minute drive from the centre of Havelock North Village. Nestled amongst the trees and overlooking the Mangarau Stream, this stand alone studio offers privacy and relaxation after a busy day of exploring Hawkes Bay. With Te Mata Peak on the doorstep and local wineries a must visit, the Little Shoehorn is a perfect place to base yourself whilst exploring the beautiful region.
