House vacation rentals in Lake Tuscaloosa

The location was perfect for our quick visit to Tuscaloosa. We had a scheduled tour of the University of Alabama and the proximity made it easy to get in and out. There was plenty of parking and the area was quiet. We had a small situation that the downstairs AC wasn't cooling properly, and while the situation was not able to be remedied while we were there, Seth made every attempt to right the situation, and we really appreciated his willingness to assist and the refunded amount that he provided for the inconvenience. Overall the stay was great and we would consider staying again.

Exactly as advertised and a great spot for a football weekend with the boys. Extremely well stocked kitchen for cooking purposes. Thanks Josh!

Wonderful house and was in a great location!

Anna was a fantastic hostess. Her home was beautiful and clean and the amenities were fantastic. It was an easy commute to the University of Alabama. We had a wonderful time.

Five Stars--This place was the perfect location while in town for UA's graduation; and perfect accommodations for a large group. It had everything we needed as a family, very clean and spacious, and everything to make you feel right at home, especially the patio/pool. All in all, this place is beautiful!! We will book again for sure; it was one of the best Airbnb stays!!!

Martha was an excellent host from start to finish. Always responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The space was perfect for a getaway gameday weekend with friends. Great host, great space, great times!

Great rental house and perfect for what our family needed. It was so nice to have everyone under one roof. The games in the garage were really fun and we loved the popcorn machine!! The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and linens clean and fresh. We loved the extra large bedrooms with plenty of room for everyone. It was a quick drive to campus and restaurants/bars downtown. We would definitely recommend this rental house for future guests! Thank you so much for allowing us to have such a fun, family gathering and celebrating our daughter's graduation from The University of Alabama!! ROLL TIDE!!

Best home away from home! Very clean, quality linens, cozy environment, and all the essentials one would ever need. My pup and I loved staying here and spent most of our time in the private backyard. We will definitely come back! 5 stars all around

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to the university. Enjoyed the location and time we spent there.

We had such a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The house is clean, tidy, and well decorated with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. There are lots of windows overlooking the lake and a screened in porch which was perfect for sipping morning coffee. It is close enough to Tuscaloosa and Northport to easily access shopping and restaurants. The owners recommended DePalma’s Italian kitchen which was fabulous and well worth the wait. We did a couple of local hikes, and the hilly, wooded landscape provided beautiful scenery. Even a brisk walk around the neighborhood was so peaceful and lovely. This home is large enough to comfortably accommodate a group with several bedrooms and a large bunkbed room. The beds and linens were cozy, and they provided more than enough bath towels and pillows! The owners of this place have gone above and beyond providing snacks, games, and recommendations on top of what would have already been a dreamy getaway! I can’t wait to return!!

Another great stay at the House on the Hill! We love staying here when we are in the area. It is peaceful and quiet, which is always a blessing. Mikel and Terri take great care to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Check-in is a breeze, instructions are easy, the welcome folder has great information and local suggestions, the home is always very clean, and communication is great, too! It has everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. Our pups love it as well; they especially enjoy their walks around the property. We feel right at home and look forward to booking again!

Becky's little house was awesome. If we come down here we will stay there for sure again. All her little extras that she thought of was exceptional. Her thoughtfulness far exceeds any other place that we have ever stayed. There was nothing that we could have wanted that we couldn't find there. The fenced yard was really nice for the puppy we had along with us. The beds were all comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Becky always answered in a very timely manner. Thank you Becky for an awesome stay. Hope you enjoy the little Thank you that we left behind on the dining room table for you.

Just as described. Lots of at home touches. We had everything we needed and more. Loved watching final 4 basketball games on the back porch while our girls played outside. The beds were comfortable and cozy with added blankets. Would 100% stay here again.

We're regulars at this location around Christmas time. the house is always clean and ready for us and is a MUCH BETTER deal than hotel rooms for our bunch. We hope that we leave the house in as good of condition as we find it. AS always, thank you for the use of this house.

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!! We booked this place for my wedding weekend & not only did they allow me to check in extra extra early to get ready for wedding festivities, they had the entire home decorated + had a gift basket with snacks set up for us. Perfect for my group of bridesmaids! Would absolutely book here again if needed. We didn't stay for gameday, but would be amazing for a larger group headed to games!

The location of this hoke is the true definition of peaceful. It is secluded while still being minutes away from stores & food options. There was everything you need to make your stay feel like home. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious with a grill outside. The beds were cozy and comfortable. I can’t wait to stay here again.

This is the second time I’ve chosen this place and, just as the first time, it did not disappoint. The host was more than helpful, communication was impeccable and I would come back here anytime! Highly recommend it!
