The loft is an inspiring mix of modern and midcentury. The open floor plan (680sqf) and a lot of windows keep the light in during the day. Our deck will be a nice place for dinner or relaxing. Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Situated along the Platte River, the resort offers shared access to two riverfront decks, a bonfire ring, propane and charcoal grills, and a picnic table. Guests have shared access to all of the resort's outdoor amenities.
