Great place to stay at Jeremy’s cottage. Easy to find, close to town, very peaceful location. Jeremy was very friendly and my husband had a few chats with him, which is his favorite pastime! Hopefully stay again sometime in the future 😊

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Bootshaus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Wer das Tongariro Crossing machen möchte, erhält viele hilfreiche Informationen von den Gastgebern. Ausserdem konnten wir Kayaks ausleihen und einen wunderschönen Fluss hinauf paddeln. Wir können das Bootshaus sehr empfehlen. Wir danken Barb und Mike für ihre Gastfreundlichkeit.

Although the weather was a heavy downpour most of our long weekend stay we still had an great time, we didn’t get to walk the gardens but could see how amazing they looked. The facilities were quality, very clean and the spa / sauna was a perfect way to relax, especially during the rainy periods where we could hear the rain pelting down on the roof above while soaking in the tub and being surrounded by ferns. Tracey was an amazing host, with great communication throughout, clear instructions and with easy access to the property. The complimentary bubbles was also a nice touch! Highly recommend!

The view of lake Taupo from Jade’s place was amazing! It was very peaceful, we loved sitting on the deck in the evening looking at the lake enjoying a glass of wine! The suite is very spacious which was nice. It was a great spot to stay and enjoy Taupo( a 5 min drive to the town and lakefront) and to do day trips to Rotorua.

Great place to stay

We had such a comfortable long weekend here. It was a great place to chill inside for a rainy weekend, and very private. Great location, super close to the lake where I had an amazing swim. Thanks for making it a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen & Lee’s. The place was easy to locate and it’s in a peaceful, residential area, yet very close to restaurants, things to do, town centre, etc. It was pristine and welcoming— the homemade gingerbread was such a thoughtful and delicious touch! Even the coffee selection was enjoyable. We also really appreciated the small details that made a big difference, like the torch, coasters and phone holder, the fantastic local recommendations. They have also very thoughtfully put together a detailed folder answering every possible question one might have about the property, water, and more — it was incredibly helpful and informative. Another thing we really enjoyed is the great selection of books to relax to - helpful resources for planning or learning about New Zealand. Enjoyed some great reading time, especially since the property itself offers beautiful views. Thank you for the comfortable and memorable experience.

We had another fantastic stay at Warren's accommodation. It is peaceful and picturesque, and it has everything you need for a relaxing break. Our two little dogs love the local walks along the lake. 5 stars all round.

The place was very pretty with a stunning view of the lake. There were comfortable beds and a gorgeous vintage home. It was a wonderful stay and we had an enjoyable time here.

Considerate and kind host, appreciated the little things available on arrival such as tea, coffee, sugar, sachet drinks & milk. Lovely amenities that provided everything we needed for our stay. Will recommend to family & friends and will be our first choice of accommodation when passing through Taupo again.

Lovely, clean pivate location, friendly and fast commination. Couldn't fault the place. Would recommend and definitely rebook if stayng in taupo again. Definiely visit the 2Mile bar down the road if you seek a good pizza and drink amongst the lake views.

Thanks for the great stay, was amazing location allowing my mom could spectate the Ironman run from the place. Loved watching the sunset on the balcony in the evenings.
