Lake Sunapee fishing vacation rentals

We had a wonderful stay and would be excited to come back again! This cottage was incredibly peaceful and comfortable with great views of the lake! Danielle is very responsive and everything went very smoothly.

This stay was amazing and very well priced. The lakehouse was the perfect getaway for my college friends and I and a great way to cap off our graduation weekend!

Tom was the best host so far. His beautiful house was perfect for summer or winter. We felt perfectly at home as soon as we arrived. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful house.

Beautiful house to stay

It was a great two week stay.. I enjoyed being at this lake house. The lake is across the road, and pretty to look at on the balcony. The clear view of the lake walking and driving in the morning was very peaceful. His dock is the nicest in comparison to his neighbors. Kitchen was very well equipped, top notch washer and dryer, excellent lighting , beds and linens were comfortable, couch was large, easy to sprawl out and take a nap. Michael was available and easy to communicate. The high reviews are true, he cares and is thoughtful . I look forward in future stays .

We thoroughly enjoyed gathering our family (for the 2nd time) at this private, spacious and cozy cabin, well supplied for anyone's needs/wants (as detailed in information supplied by our gracious hosts) with beautiful lake views. And it was immaculate!! Enjoyed the fishing and the loons! We'll be back!

My old college roommates and I try to get together for a weekend once or twice a year to catch up. We generally pick different places but that's changed after discovering Matt and Stacy's place. It's exactly what we were looking for - beautiful, quiet setting, on a great pond with a perfect fire pit overlooking the water. Inside the house is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need is there. We were looking a place to just sit back, relax and catch up and their house was absolutely perfect for that. This is the second time we've stayed here and we're already talking about coming back next time!

Cannot say enough what a life safer. I had flown in from Florida and my 1st Airbnb was terrible /Airbnb got me out refunded me and on very short notice Ryan allowed me to make reservations that day! Stayed a week ! I was in Heaven! On the water, felt like home right away. What memories ! Canoeing and kayaking outside the door! BBQ all the time and never slept so good. He was an Angel in Disguise!

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. The house is cozy and clean, and the location right on the lake made it really special. We grilled every night, used the kayaks during the day, and hung out by the fire pit in the evenings. It was super quiet and peaceful, and the view from the dining table made board games and meals even better. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just had a really relaxed, homey feel. Brandon was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to unplug and enjoy some time by the water — we’d definitely come back.

Shaheer’s house was squeaky clean with all the amenities from home. Loved the record player, Pacman and the open concept living area with huge dining room table! The outdoor wrap around deck was perfect! It had ample seating and lots of space. Shaheer was very responsive when I had questions and asked for dining recommendations. Co-host Lisa checked on us during day 2 to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for another visit and hope to have better weather to utilize kayaks & paddle boards! Loved the house! It was perfect!

Can I say it? The word is: PERFECT. Perfect house. Perfect location (calm, beautiful, convenient). Perfect aesthetics. Perfect hosts (honestly, I feel Denise and Josh are true friends). BOOK NOW!!!!

We were so pleased with this property and would love to stay here again! Manny was a great communicator, I didn't realized that it was a shared hot tub for every unit except 4 and he was quick to help me change our reservation to unit 4. It was very clean and it is west facing so you get beautiful sunsets. Great place with great hosts!

Great getaway spot for a spring trip with the family! Enjoyed exploring the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and spending quality time in this beautiful home.

Very responsive host! Quickly answered questions and very accommodating. The house was exactly as expected and very clean! She provided a great list of local restaurants which were perfect. Would definitely rent again in the future!

We needed a place for my daughters graduation at New England College. This place was 10 minutes away and beautiful. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, sitting on the screened porch, playing board/card games provied, and smores. The bug spay, repelent candles were much appreciated, and fishing poles a bonus. My 4 yr old neice caught her first fish and had her very first ride in a kayak. We made memories of a lifetime. Highly recomend, very relaxing/beautiful and family/adult oriented.

Lovely comfy home with great views out onto Chalk Pond and convenient for exploring around the Sunapee region. Rob was super responsive and was so gracious to allow us to check in a little early because we were traveling with our little one. Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay was just wonderful, the beds and furniture was very comfortable. The view is amazing. The kitchen and bathroom are just beautiful. The large fireplace was something else! Pat was a wonderful host, and would love to come back sooner than later! Can’t say enough of our amazing this place is

Perfect stay for us . We were able to ski as well as watch movies on the Roku tv during some windy , cold weather . Comfortable beds . Electric fireplace made the living area very cozy . We were able to visit family in the area and continue on to Ice Castles a bit north . We will be back when we can . Plenty of storage for bulky ski jackets and pants in coat closet . Didn’t use the washer and dryer but definitely would if we stayed longer . Thanks Tracy and Ryan . Ps very attentive snow removal during quite a storm. Also reached out to let us know they had some backup power ready to run the fridge and heat just incase. Super hosts indeed .

Gorgeous spot! We loved everything about the cabin, from the cozy, beautifully furnished and decorated living area, to the fully stocked kitchen, to the cool maps on all the walls! It was a chilly weekend in Sunapee, but we even managed to soak up some sun on the chairs outside. This was the best place for a homey staycation with good friends -- we had everything we needed and felt right at home here in these lovely, peaceful, private digs that make you feel like you're in the middle of the forest (but still only about a 25 minute walk from cute town, plus Cara has a ton recommendations if you're looking for something to do). We will definitely stay here next time we visit NH!

What a fabulous home and location! Brian was so responsive and helpful, and everything was as advertised/expected. Immaculate, well-appointed, and beyond cozy. Would book again for sure!

We stayed at this wonderful guest house for 5 nights. It was the perfect little getaway for my wife and I and our 2 year old son. I cannot even put into words how incredibly nice our host was. We interacted with John the most as his wife Ann was out of town but we hope to meet her when we return next time. John was an absolute gem, he not only made us feel at home but he made us feel like family. Our son loved the little frog pond in the back and John would help hi my find the frogs. The interior was great, beds were comfy. It was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean. Shower was nice with hit water instantly. We were working in New london so the location was perfect with lots to do for our 2 year old. Our son LOVES cars and John even brought his VW bug convertible out for him to see. It truly was a gift to stay here and we hope to stay in touch for future stays and also so our son can say hi to his new friend John every so often. ❤️ I highly recommend

Cousin’s cottage was very comfortable and quiet neighborhood, which allowed me to work remotely easily. Internet worked great and the house had everything we needed for our month long stay!! Would highly recommend.

With our busy schedules we felt a breath of relief right when we arrived. The area was so quiet and scenic. Great place to have your dog hang out and enjoy. When we got to meet the owner, he was super chill and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend for a relaxing breath of fresh air.
