Nice place to stay close to everything that we wanted the host very nice

Booby’s house was just as he described. This house felt like you were at home, cozy and comfortable. The cherry on top was the park next door. Great for all ages.

The house was perfect for our two families to share while in town for a hockey tournament. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The place looks even better than in the photos. Would definitely return

the stay was nice, the kitchen had most everything to cook, bathrooms were clean, we accidentally broke a cutting board while cleaning it and he was very understanding of it. was great to work with him and will definitely book again in the future if I'm in the area again :)

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

Paul was such a sweetheart for me and my fiancé’s anniversary- he congratulated us, helped me out with any misunderstandings I had about the place and he made it a comfortable experience for both of us. I absolutely will staying with Paul once I go back up to Canada in a few weeks.

Have absolutely no complaints was very responsive very friendly checked in before during and after stay. Peaceful n beautiful surroundings . I will recommend this especially for a peaceful getaway we loved coco

We had a pleasant stay, just a couple small quirks to the place we didn't anticipate, maybe I didn't read the listing close enough, but host was responsive and friendly. Perks were it's a spacious stay and has a comfortable bed. TV and fireplace are nice. Quirks are is a first floor apartment complex with a tenant above and there were banging noises above that kept waking us up. Host responded they'd ask the neighbor to keep down the noise, a great option, however the noise kept happening seemingly every time we tried to sleep. Bath towels are located under the bed in a plastic drawer, which isn't correct from the description given "in dresser" and there were no towels in the bathroom initially, which really confused us. The shower is well water based and has a horrible odor, not much the host can do about this but it made showering quite uncomfortable. I still rated 5 stars due to these being minor quirks, overall the stay was peaceful.

What a cute property! The space was squeaky clean. We traveled with another couple, each had own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. I missed that it was on the third floor, all stairs. It is a quiet building and neighborhood. We were minutes from downtown, but a couple blocks from a pub in any direction. Host has thorough instructions and responded timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a charming space in a beautiful house! I love the character of older homes and this one is great. Radiant heat kept the place plenty warm. Host was a great communicator. Bed was VERY comfortable. I’d definitely return.

The herald was such a chic condo with lots of character. The layout and interior design of the space was perfection. I highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Holly.

The beautiful restoration work on the exterior of the mansion is simply amazing. The interior was more modern than expected, but clean, bright, and well designed. The location was terrific. The Q-Line was truly within walking distance and we used it to go south on Woodward Ave. to shops and restaurants. We also picked were able to easily pick up the People Mover (after taking the Q-line south to Grand Circus Park) and move above locations on its route without driving. There are many architectural marvels within sight of the Edmond. Additionally there are restaurants, bars, and bakeries within distance as well. It was a very nice stay and a perfect location.

We really appreciated Jeff’s suggestions…tried Lena & loved it. So walkable to nearby restaurants, casino, Eastern Market & stadiums.

Have stayed here 3 times. This time however we had to cut it short due to illness in my family. Was hoping to get some sort of credit for the next time we stay.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

I loved my time here. Jason was a fantastic host that responded quickly to my questions and offered great information on how to make my trip the best it could be. His knowledge of the town was stellar and he was extremely accommodating in every way. He was kind and his place was pristine! My stay was magical and comfortable. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! Excellent location to ball park, arena, and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds and all other furniture was very comfy. Most notably, Sean was an incredible host. Provided an excellent digital guidebook as soon as booking was made. Was immediately responsive to any messages sent. Best of all, provided extra amenities within the condo which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming into Detroit!
