We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The lake is peaceful and beautifully scenic surrounded by mountains, with a great view from the large picture windows in the living area. Kayaking and canoeing were great! Our son stayed at the Studio bachelor pad until his older sibling arrived and kicked him out; a perfect size for couple also. Close to Six Flags and Lake George. House was pristine. Great layout for family fun!

We really enjoyed our stay in that great location. The view is splendid and the house perfectly comfortable.

I stayed at Greg‘s house two long weekends in September and October. I went with several friends and then I came back several weeks later with my family. big beautiful house in a lakefront setting with a really nice fire pit overlooking the lake. Gregg allowed us to use a row boat which happened to be at the property, but usually kept at another house nearby. I did some fishing from the row boat but was unsuccessful. The kitchen is well appointed, and there is a really nice propane grill on the deck. My kids loved the ping-pong table and foosball table in the basement. You should bring your own drinking water as the well water has a sulfur smell.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful spot for our weekend get away! Perfect space for our family to relax and enjoy the area. The hosts were very accommodating and communicated well. We were in town to visit our son at RPI but wanted to try a different location and this one was awesome. We will be back and will plan to stay longer next time to enjoy the area even more.

A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at Karen’s beautiful lakefront home! From the moment we booked, Karen was amazing with communication—super responsive, helpful, and so accommodating. She made everything so easy and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and smelled so fresh when we arrived—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that Karen puts a lot of care into making her guests feel comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful spot right on the lake. We loved having access to the boats during the day, and in the evenings, sitting around the firepit with family under the stars was just perfect. It was everything we needed for a relaxing escape. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat with a host who really goes above and beyond. This was such a beautiful home!! Katelyn is such a sweet host! She checked up on us to make sure everything was good and ask multiple times if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable! Would definitely recommend this home 10/10!!!

Four of us stayed here for a long weekend and had an amazing time. Easy drive into Saratoga and we enjoyed the outdoor space with amazing lake views and enjoyed nights in the hot tub. I would definitely recommend the place to friends and family

Great place. Extremely well stocked. The working fireplace and pool table were big hits. The requirement to pay $95 extra for sheets and towels took us by surprise -- even though it is mentioned in the house rules we missed it. Bob did offer that we could bring our own and avoid that extra charge so that is what we did.

A very special Thanksgiving. Bryan was an exceptional host. Kind and responsive. The place was as warm and inviting as it looked on the app. The four of us really enjoyed the open space and the plants made it feel special. We celebrated Thanksgiving and had all we needed to warm up our full turkey dinner from Salt & Char. Which was especially cozy when an unexpected snow storm kept us in for the day. We had everything we needed to stay in and enjoy the day. Bryan even plowed and cleared off our cars! Wide variety of things to do in the area and a beautiful part of NY state. Great stay—looking forward to returning !

The house was beautiful as it was captured in the pictures. Connor was extremely helpful and communicative when we needed help. Despite the snow storm, we had an easy time getting in and out of the house. Extremely beautiful surroundings,great views / vistas from every window, abundant light. House heated well despite the cold weather and kitchen was truly stocked with everything needed, especially for foodies like us who love cooking. Would definitely be back!

Genuinely one of the best and easiest places we have ever stayed. Super clean, quiet, and a wonderful responsive host. Everything you need is there, with little extras you may have forgotten. Comfy beds and sofa too. Location is somehow right in town but secluded enough that you don’t hear really anything other than the occasional (and quiet) passing car. Can’t recommend enough and will absolutely try and stay here again.

The Grafton house was perfect for our multi-family with the big space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We loved the living room area where we could all sit together for family games. The property and house are beautiful and the perfect Vermont vibes. As a skiing family, we liked the location between our favorite ski resorts. Raphael was a wonderful host in providing instructions before our arrival and helpful advice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Gafton house.

This place was perfect inside and out. It looked exactly like the photos. It was unique and inviting. Nicholas was amazing with his communication, help, and we truly felt like he went the extra mile. The house was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the couches upstairs were a favorite place to relax and unwind. There was a nice place for a fire outside and plenty of wood. We would 100% recommend staying here!

Place was great, very clean, fresh and new. The only problem was a lack of water pressure in the showers but conversation with the host, Al after checking out revealed that the issue could have been resolved had I mentioned it earlier. My bad. As this appears not to be a standing issue, I would easily recommend this place. Location is great, close to lake and all that Saratoga has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

This is exactly what I picture for an upstate, charming lake house! The location couldn’t be better, being under a mile from LG village and all the attractions there (it was Oktoberfest this weekend which was so much fun!). And I loved having lake access right at the end of Lake Street. The front porch is sunny and cozy in the afternoon, the back yard was nice for the dogs. It was too rainy to use the fire pit, but we enjoyed the fireplace and cozy blankets. I loved the layout and set up of the house and how there’s 2.5 bathrooms. Such a lovely and cozy place to getaway!

Thomas and Tanja went over and above with their Airbnb rental home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and even provided extra items like coffee, honey, salt and sugar. The beds had super soft linens and there were more than enough blankets for everyone in the house. The kids adored the XBox in the bunk room and loved having some extra entertainment after skiing. Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and plush towels. We loved the fireplace and used it every day. Very efficient and easy to use. We were also very thankful for the easy check out directions and flexibility for check-in and check-out times. Highly recommended this cute mountain home.

Very nice house for all season adventure, accessible location without the worry of trapping in deep snow. Would like to visit again in the summer!

Host is very responsive and he accurately put out just the information that we needed during our entire stay. The place was very cozy, well equipped and quite clean and worth the amount what we paid for. Would 100% recommend this place.

Jennifer’s place was great! We had ample space for 4 couples and 3 children under 3. The “guest house” is attached which provided a great set up for our group. Jennifer was very responsive and accommodating leading up to and throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back as our group continues to grow

We had a great stay in Jason's home. It was beautiful and peaceful. The home is clean and nice and spacious. The kitchen is small but it's so spacious around you and open to the other rooms that you don't really even notice it. We had everything we needed and would stay again for sure.

This spot was great for a family get together inside and out ! It was very clean and fully equipped with the essentials. We went in the Fall, but summer would be another great time to visit for the pool and watercraft amenities.

During our stay, well even before our stay, Jess was super fast in responding to any questions we had. Very flexible, and able to come out if needed with fixing something! The house was super clean, kid friendly, gorgeous, and had all the materials we needed for cooking multiple meals multiple times a day! Our very first air b&b experience and it was so worthwhile and wonderful!
