Cabin vacation rentals in Lake Poygan

The Cabin in Ripon was a beautiful, rustic log cabin. Very nicely furnished and decorated. Lots of essentials available. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of seating space in the living room. Very helpful instructions on lights and how to find things in the house. Plenty of outdoor space and privacy and wood provided for campfire. Hosts were very responsive and asked ahead of our stay if we needed a pack and play or bassinet for our infant. Lots of kids books and board games available to use. We had a very nice stay and would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rhonda's cabin. From start to finish everything went smoothly. The communication with Rhonda was always very prompt and our booking process was hassle-free. Upon arrival, the procedure to get into the cabin and get the key was very easy. The cabin was very clean and tastefully decorated. We loved how cozy and comfortable it was! The location was perfect! We had spent a few days in the UP with friends and decided to stay in the cabin a couple nights for our anniversary. We explored the area and even found a Fall Festival we enjoyed in Waupaca! We had a last-minute change in our travel plans and still wanted to make the most of our vacation. Luckily, my husband found the Blackberry Lodge—and what an amazing find it was! We’re so happy we chose to stay here. From the start, Andrew (the owner and Super Host) was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and understanding about our situation. He made everything so easy, even on short notice. The lodge itself had everything we needed to feel completely at home—cozy, well-equipped, and full of charm. We truly enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to coming back to create even more wonderful memories. Highly recommend this place and host. Thank you, Andrew!

Place was as described, and somehow still better. Trevor was cool, animals were cool, cabin was everything we thought it would be, bigger than expected. You have your pick to what you want to do. Kayak, use it! Canoe, go for it! Want to feed the goats, here’s where the food is! All the luxuries of owning your own farm, but someone else has all the responsibilities. This was our first farm stay, and probably one of if not the best Airbnb’s we stayed at. Less than ten minutes to downtown, but when you’re at the cabin, there is an abundance of wildlife. Want to talk to Trevor? Go for it. Want to be left alone? That’s cool too. I can’t say enough about this place. Not a single complaint. Thanks again for everything Trevor, the eggs on the way out were icing on the cake. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

This is an amazing place to stay! The peace and quiet of the location and to feel as though you were in the middle of the woods was a welcome surprise! We were lucky to have discovered this place! Thank you!

This is our 4th time visiting this cabin and it never disappoints! The last time my now husband and I were here was a few years ago when we got engaged at the park down the road. We love sitting by the fire, fishing by the pier and cooking yummy meals. We always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin! We got to the cabin at midnight but the instructions on how to get in is very clear and we didn’t struggle finding the keys at all. The kids loved our stay here. Everything was great and cleaned! Kids were a little disappointed for not getting any fish from the water, but they love and enjoy every piece of it!

We enjoyed how peaceful the area was. We were looking for a place on a smaller lake to kayak and relax. Plus, it had to be convenient to the wedding venue. This place checked off all of our list if wants.

Had an amazing time at Kate's place for a low-key bachelorette party. It was super clean, extremely well-stocked, & we were all impressed with how updated/modern & cozy it was! The hot tub was clean & ready for use when we arrived. Totally awesome spot and exactly what we were looking for. I would 100% recommend!

For the 2nd time Tyler’s place was everything that family needed and was looking for during our quick mini family vacation.

We loved our stay. From the moment we reserved the Lilikoi to our checkout, Daryl was very attentive and responsive. It blew us away on how peaceful it was there. My girlfriend’s son rode a bike for the first time without training wheels, went kayaking for his first time, and learned archery. There was a lot of wildlife and we spent most of our time around the camp fire and surrounding woods. Dog friendly trails and lodging. Do yourself a favor a book a weekend or a week. You won’t regret it.

Wonderful cabin! We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay here. We enjoyed lots of quiet time surrounded by nature, as well as time in the nice hot tub. The cabin is not on the lake, but if you bring your own kayak/equipment and go to the landing area you can access it. We were busy enjoying the hot tub, making campfires, and grilling. Would stay here again!

Anna’s place was wonderful! The lake was beautiful and peaceful — a perfect spot for a family get-together. She was also kind enough to let us check out at 2 p.m., which gave us extra time to enjoy kayaking before heading out. We really appreciated it and had an amazing time!

We rented the cabin for a five day Memorial Day weekend and absolutely enjoyed our stay. There were seven of us and we had ample room to sleep and roam around. The outside is also roomy and accommodating for just relaxing on the huge deck, playing games, eating out doors, there is also a patio under the deck with a picnic table and a fire pit over looking the lake. The lake is small and a NO wake Lake and the water is pretty clear and it is a beautiful view. We did take advantage of the kayaks and the fishing boat. We caught about a dozen smaller bass and some pan fish and had fun reeling them in. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thanks to Eric for being so accommodating and for having a quick communication response.

Tara’s home was so cozy! We rented this Air B&B for a weekend anniversary trip and brought along our two dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect for them to safely play in the snow! We got a lot of snow over the weekend and the pine trees on the property were beautifully capped with snow. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare some good comfort food. Tara, as a host, was extremely responsive from coordinating an earlier check-in to avoid driving through a lot of snow and letting us know where extra firewood was stored so we didn’t have to drive out on the snow covered roads to get more. Definitely a place we would recommend, and would like to visit again in the summer months!

Our family had an amazing time in this home! We can't wait to go back in the future. Virginia was awesome too, quick to respond, very great to work with. I would absolutly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great get away with friends, family, or both!!!!!

From the time we booked we had feedback and communication, cant say enough about the attention to detail and supplies offered for our stay, comfortable, clean and just what we wanted for our getaway!! 5 star! If we could rate higher we would!!!

The cabin was exactly the kind of peaceful break we were looking for. We try to include our dogs on road trips (especially as they’re getting older😭), so we were grateful to find a dog-friendly spot! We really appreciated how clean the cabin was, from the crisp bed linens to the bleach bucket for sanitizing dishes before use. We spent our time soaking in the sounds of nature, reading, relaxing by the bonfire, and watching movies. The dogs found their zen sunbathing on the deck. It was a much-needed change of pace from everyday stress. Highly recommend. Thanks, Hannah and Caleb!
