There are 2 bedrooms on this level with queen sized beds, dresser, and a custom built cedar lined closet armoire in each bedroom. There is a full bath on this level (updated 2024). The lower level includes a gas fireplace and a Queen Bed with a Roku TV, a full bathroom with tiled shower ans soaking tub (renovated 2024). French Doors on the lower level exit to the backyard. There is a brick patio under the deck which looks out to the backyard firepit. The property has a short pathway leading to the Jackrabbit Trail for winter cross-country skiing and connects to the Craigwood Golf Course. The Lake Placid House

Mountain views to the east and a short walk to the village. A wood stove in the living room and radiant floors in the bathrooms and first floor living space help to keep you nice and warm. 2 full bathrooms that are fully remodeled and 1 has a tub and the other has an oversized tile shower.
