Excellent house, almost like new, with all the comforts to spend several days in the place. The plot is beautiful, the quality of the furniture, the beds, and the central heating it has are remarkable.

The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, was very accommodating. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he arranged for someone to come and help us, a 7! We were able to go down to the lake for a walk, and the view was just wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it completely. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

Beautiful house, warm, it has everything that is described and more, it is practically new and implemented at the first level, all the bedding, kitchen utensils, towels, everything is perfect, the heating is with a wood-burning stove, very easy to use and keeps the house at a very good temperature, we never felt cold, we traveled with my 83-year-old mother and she felt super good, the floor is firm and without bumps, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped with good quality products, the environment is beautiful, all green, it is inside a condominium with remote control, less than 10 minutes from the center of Puerto Varas and less than 25 from Puerto Montt, it has direct access by route 5 and another by the internal road that connects Pto. Varas and Puerto Montt. Viviana the host is a sweetheart, too kind and nice, she is super attentive if you need something and responds very quickly, it is the best experience we have had on Airbnb, everything was perfect, we will definitely be back.

We were between paying for a hotel or Airbnb but saw Mauricio's place and the photographs don't do justice to how beautiful the house is and the setting itself is. The kitchen/dining area looked somewhat bigger in the photos. In general, it's not too spacious but enough to spend a few days. We were very comfortable and recommend it to other guests.

The property is very nice and conveniently located. It has details that make you feel at home... The only thing to improve is that the waste container is a recycled plant pot that has perforations inside, so the whole piece of furniture got dirty from throwing away Yerba mate. I suggest buying a waste container for the kitchen. The rest is impeccable!!

Arturo and Fernanda's house in Frutillar is simply spectacular. Totally built in wood, it seems to float over Lake Llanquihue, offering a breathtaking view. Arturo and Fernanda's attention was impeccable, they took care of every detail to make sure our stay was perfect. The house is equipped with everything you need, as well as having a modern and carefully selected decor. The region is also fascinating, with lots of activities and places to discover, such as Lavanda Park, Frutillar, Puerto Varas and of course Lake Llanquihue. This place has it all: an amazing home, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Arturo and Fernanda. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and super comfortable, ideal for a large group. The location is perfect for exploring the area and is only 10 minutes from Puerto Varas. It is equipped with everything you need for a very pleasant stay; the only thing missing is a dishwasher and some utensils for the grill. We had some difficulties during the stay, but Sandra always responded quickly. One of the rooms on the ground floor filled with smoke when the grill was lit, so we couldn't use it. At the end of the stay, when we mentioned it to Sandra, she explained that there is a gate that prevents this problem. Unfortunately, we didn't check with you first to see if everything was okay. Despite that, the experience was very good and we would definitely choose this house again. Thank you for everything!
