There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Quiet and restful, our cottage is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a place to relax, unwind, and recharge! Nestled into six acres of private forested land, this studio apartment has everything you need for the perfect stay, including a visiting porch, private bath with shower and tub, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dining nook, sitting area, and queen sized bed. Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine trail, and a quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive!

As the day unwinds, enjoy evening drinks while taking in the stunning sunset views. With ample parking for vehicles and watercraft, you can bring your boat and make the most of your stay.

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Enjoy the solitude and beauty of a stay at the Cottage at Jones Road Ranch overlooking grazing horses. Take a short walk through the Jones Road Ranch Tuscan Rosemary farm for a discounted wine tasting with our neighbors at Golden Oaks Micro Cellar. Relax on the front or back porch with a views of the ranch or if you prefer a more active stay, schedule a Jones Road Ranch tour, hike or bike in the local National Forest or tour the Bush Presidential Library in nearby College Station.

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. This mini-apartment is in the top section of a barn and you may have to duck your head. There is a queen-sized bed and an additional mattress for someone else if needed.
