Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lake Koocanusa

I wad a wonderful stay here. Very spacious with all the rooms and open areas, as well as the large backyard and hot tub. Being so close to the golf course was also very nice. The host was very friendly and communicative. I would come here again!

If I could give this place 5+, I would. Extremely clean, amenities were upgraded and the views were amazing! The home was a little hidden off the roads but instructions were very clear & close enough to town.

This stay was our favorite in Montana! We enjoyed the pool and the large living room couch. Our toddler enjoyed roaming the rooms! Close to coffee down the street and grocery/ not super far to glacier.

My wife and I stayed here for one of the best months ever! This place was so amazing, we almost didn't want to leave the property. The house was absolutely spotless, even in areas that usually get overlooked. It was in a very safe and quiet area that felt secluded in nature, but still within about 15 minutes of everything you could need. Brooke and Dallas were super responsive and helpful in case anything came up. There were deer in the yard at times, trout and salmon just off the dock, and a bald eagle would often fly overhead. There are two parks nearby which are great for walking, and of course it's not far from Whitefish or Glacier NP destinations. We want to come back already!

The house was lovely. Interior design and decor was inviting and created a cozy cabin feel. The property grounds were beautiful and meticulously kept. The house was extremely clean. My family of six enjoyed the amenities, including hot tub, campfire, picnic table, full-sized washer and dryer, and kitchen. Parking directly in front of the cabin was a real plus. Owner promptly and effectively communicated with us and was friendly and courteous.

Wow! David’s home was exceptional! The entire home was spotless, extremely well stocked with all of the necessary supplies, and, the views of the surrounding mountains were spectacular. In addition, David also gifted us with local soap, as well as sweet treats. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this home!

Amazing views and tranquility! Stayed here with my extended family for our daughter's destination dream wedding. Plenty of space, great kitchen, and large mudroom/laundry room (which came in handy to store our wedding supplies!). Busy days melted away with a hot tub and view of the mountains and stars. Everything was beautiful and comfortable, and we felt right at home. John is a wonderful host and was very communicative, responsive, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend, and we hope to come back someday!

Beautiful place to stay, close to Whitefish but in a more private location. I thought the price was very affordable. The amenities were great! It was a nice place for a friend group to relax! The place could use a bit more of a thorough cleaning for spiderwebs and dust, but overall it was clean.

This was a perfect spot for our day trips into Glacier and it was so much fun to finish each day with a dip in the hot tub. Everything was clear and easy to find. We will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

You really have all you need for your stay and leisure. Great place to unplug and just relax taking in the serenity of the beautifully set up and neatly kept property amidst natural gorgeous environment! Magical is the best way to describe our stay at this gorgeous cabin. From check in to check out, everything could not have been more perfect and we vacation a lot. The house itself is so AMAZING! They literally thought of everything you could possibly need or want. The cabin was perfectly decorated. The kitchen was stocked more than any other rental we have ever stayed in too. The ice cream shake machine, Traeger, jacuzzi, sauna, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing dock, and most of all the beautiful setting, made our stay beyond perfect! You literally only need food & drinks to stay here. The owner was always so prompt at answering questions. Plus they provide a very easy to use online guide with details about everything in and around the house, complete with instructional videos. We thought this was a very nice touch! Stay at this cabin. The setting is so gorgeous, it’s like out of a movie.

We really enjoyed The Roost. Had 10 of us and there was plenty of room. Nice Front yard to play frisbee or throw a football, but bring it with you. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub in the early mornings or evenings after a hike. The place served our needs very well and we would definitely stay there again.

Brians cabin was one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Looking out onto the lake with the mountains in the back is one of my favorite views. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I stayed here for a get away vacation. The space is very nice and cozy, with the most up to date appliances, clean and very spacious. The outside deck was beautiful along with the fire pit and hot tub. Excellent place to stay!

Absolute dream of an Airbnb. We spent most of the time sitting and reading on the front porch admiring the farm and gorgeous scenery. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. Thankful we had the opportunity to stay here.

Absolutely beautiful welcoming home. Incredibly clean, great cabin decor not cluttered. House has was very well stocked. From dvds to extra fans, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed and more. Just perfect. Host was extremely friendly and recommended great places to visit. We did not want to leave. We truly had a magical time at KC Ranch.
